Definately a 5 star experience I had with my facial. Olga…read morewas amazing and 5 stars aren't given lightly. The plan was to get a facial and massage, but they were booked for massages the day I called so I got a facial. The place is nicely decorated & has a real calm to it I appreciated. The young ladies at the front desk were very nice e and kept a smile while getting me checked in. I was taken to the back area where I was introduced to Olga. Such a kind person. She confirmed whether or not I had ever had a facial so I knew what to expect (I've had only 1 before and this one was over the top compared to the basic one I received before). I was thrown off at first when I had to take my shirt off and get under a towel because it was a facial. It was really a facial for the face, the neck, ears, shoulders and top chest area. There was definitely a massage and amazing feels from all the oils, lotions and whatever else was used on me. The best. I've never fallen asleep during a facial or massage and this had me on the edge of bliss/slumber. I can't wait to get another one and really hope my next experience is the same as this was. Cheers!

They have a good selection of colors to choose from, however they are all in the bottles. They don't have the nail sets for you to see it painted. My technician was really focused and spent time redoing nails if it looked wonky. Unfortunately, she did not catch everything (and neither did I until it was too late to go back). Some of my nails are different lengths, there are edges/corners that are missing polish. One of my nails has a .5cm section that didn't get the last coat of color so it's two toned. Overall, the nails still look fine from far away but I don't feel like I got the quality I was looking for for the price. Everyone was very friendly and it is clean inside!

I called to make a appointment and left a message. I later received a text to schedule. I asked for specific dates and times of availability and hours of operation and wasn't given a clear cut answer. I then asked for availability "on my only day off that week" She responded with what about the next day, which of course was a work day for me. After a little back and forth, we figured out a date and time. Upon arrival, I was met with a closed door. I rang the bell and was approached by behind by a lady and I advised I was there for my appointment. I was let in and told to come into a room. I was not asked for my name or my problem areas or preferred pressure. I was not told what to expect either, so I just went with the flow. The actual massage was really good and relaxing and the location was very clean The massage therapist did at least talk to me at the end, but just to tell me to pull up my groupon, tell me about other services and wish me a good day. All in all, customer service stuff can be taught. The actual service was great so I would return. Maybe they can earn a 5 star next time.

I was the only person in the salon today (assuming because everyone is back to work after the holiday weekend). She did a great and thorough job and spent more time to take off my gel polish which was really nice (can be a huge pain!). My toes look good I just wish she would have spent more time using the buffer and callous remover on my heels and balls of my feet. She literally did two seconds on each foot which was kind of surprising considering paying $70 for a pedicure with regular polish. I'd come back and just ask to really get the bottom of my feet more.

A few things: You said I booked a $25 beard trim. What I actually booked was a $32 (obviously,…read morebefore the reversal). I can show you the receipt. You said I was 11 minutes late. 11 minutes. Most dentists, doctors' offices, and social services offices provide a grace period of 15 minutes. That's a reasonable accommodation for traffic conditions. Even still, being 11 minutes late has nothing to do with me not having an empty chair when I got there. I could understand if it was 20 minutes. I arrived early to my 1st and 2nd appointments; and, the 1st appointment was good , which is why I booked the 2nd. I still waited 30-40 minutes before the second appointment began. On my 3rd appointment, I waited 10 minutes until the receptionist was off the phone just to be checked in and told that another barber would be completing my service. I said OK and was told he was finishing up. I waited another 10 minutes (while I read the reviews of the lounge) before I walked out. If we are talking about punctuality, I'll give you the 11 minutes, and you still owe me some time. I guess all those other people in the reviews complaining about your double-booking were 11 minutes late as well. You already stated in your own words, "To feel slighted is absolutely understandable and I will personally own that." There is nothing more to say after that. To accuse me of being condescending when all I am doing is telling my side tells me two things. #1, you don't know what condescending means. And #2, you don't know what accountability means. Lastly, I have never seen or spoken with a Lozell S. I spoke with a woman that day. I did not get her name. I was never asked, nor was I ever offered an opportunity to speak with the owner. If I had, I would have taken that opportunity. I am a reasonable person. I asked her if I could receive 50% back. She said no refunds. I said OK. She never mentioned a refund at all. I took it like a life lesson, and I left peacefully. I did not know I had been given a refund until after I left my initial review. Even then, I only asked for 50% back. If anyone says anything different, it is a lie. I did receive the deposit back, and it is appreciated. To anyone reading this: Read my comment carefully. Then read the response from the owner. Then ask yourself if you really want to take the chance of having to deal with this. A professional owner would have stopped at "To feel slighted is absolutely understandable, and I will personally own that." Instead, this owner would rather call the customer a liar in a Yelp review. Read the other reviews and ask yourself if you think I'm lying. This has been wild.
