The owner took me under her wing and promised to put together a lovely bouquet in an adorable duck vase. Our classmate had raised a number of ducks & we felt this would cheer her. Great communication over the several days and a photo was sent to me for approval before the arrangement was delivered. So happy I chose to call the local florist directly! I was charged 93.28 to my card, may not be much to some but it was much for me. On 12/26, I called to make sure my order was correct and if I could get a receipt for my payment. The two girls who spoke to me on the phone, were terrible and treated me with total disrespect. I am 65 years old, and they were talking down to me like they were scolding a little child. Yelling at me, "we do this every day, the flowers will be where they're supposed to be on the day they're supposed to be there!!!" Her funky attitude was so much to the extent that I had to tell the girl on the phone to watch her tone with me. The other girl was in the background, "yeah, yeah" in that girl's support. I was a paying customer asking reasonable questions. What's wrong with these people? It appeared they wanted to argue and fight with me. Complete attitude adjustments are needed, and customer service etiquette is very much lacking for these girls. Not that I care, but you will be out of business if they treat customers like this. I will never order from Butchart again.
