They basically have healthy pre-prepared meals in a cooler ready to go. I believe there are microwaves there just outside the store front (inside the building) that you could use, or most people just take them to go. They have coffees/lattes too, but I have not had one. Their meals come in re-usable plastic containers that I like to reuse. I really like the size and color. It's a bit pricey, but good, clean food is worth it. I wish there were Whole30 options but the sauces (steak sauce / teriyaki sauce / bbq sauce/ soy sauce / buffalo sauce) make that a challenge (true of eating out *everywhere*). The wild caught salmon and green beans were good. They were sold out of the chicken bacon Brussels so that must be a popular dish. You get a 5% discount if you check in on FB.
