SCAM ALERT.....The company sold me half of a product (POD) without telling me a separate purchase for a BATTERY was needed. Then lied and stated that the information was in the item description which it was not. So I brought 3 vape PODS as they put it and no BATTERY ATTACHED.. Total waste of Money $38.00 because their Rude rep told me send it back because they can't send me the batteries. THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO SELL THE POD SEPARATELY. read more

Great customer service that did me right. Also first place to actually recommend me a juice I like after listening. A+ on the Uncle Junk's JW recommendation. The iCare Mini they sold me was also perfect for what I want a vape for. A relief after other places always try to sell me $80 RDAs that I don't really care for. I'm from out of town but I'll be stopping by here whenever I come to St. Jo because they deserve my business. read more

My favorite vape store! Very good service friendly employees and some epic smoking pens and hookahs along bongs. I purchased a Vape Machine and I herb smoker, and they are reasonable with prices and have quality products that are cheaper than most places and I recommend Muse Vapes to everyone looking for a reasonable and fun place to get a brand new vape. read more

It wont let me give zerro stars. Our family spent over $500 in there and one of the mag kits was leaking as soon as we brought it home. They put it together and we never even got to use it. They do not exchange or give refunds even if its broke when u buy it. We gave them several attempts to make it right but they say we have to send it back to the company. This place is a "thanks for your money, sorry about your luck" kind of company! I would never reccomend spending a dollar somewhere they dont honor their product! Do not shop here! read more

Very disappointed. I go in and buy a vape, 5 pack of coils, batteries, ect right when I go home I take it all out and it's broken! Grabbed a new coil to see if that was the problem the first 2 fell apart! So I go back in and they told me to call the company that made the product which I did, since the tamper stripes had been opened by muse vapes they said it's up to the store to refund me since they opened it prior to selling and no they didn't open it for me. A man named Chris looked at me and said when you shop at Muse Vape you take a chance of losing money "it could work it could be broke" were his exact words. He looked miserable working there and not happy that he's a grown man working a register. I work very hard for my money and they just took it and sold me broken products like it was nothing. I don't see this business making it permanently unless there is new employees and new rules on selling opened, broken, useless, items. read more
