Working with Chip was so much fun. It was quick (which is important when you're hot and 8 months pregnant) but not rushed and his laid back personality took the pressure off of us trying to be "models". We took our photos on a Saturday and received our beautiful portfolio the following Wednesday. The pictures are amazing, more than I even imagined and I may have shed a tear or two. I 100% recommend going with Chip Dizard for your photography/maternity shoot needs. I love the entire portfolio and would not hesitate to use him and his team again. They were great. After a while he stopped responding all together and now has changed his phone number and took down his website. We paid him and all we wanted was to at least get the footage so we can work on the edit. We looked for an amicable solution but he didn't respond to this request, which leads me to believe that he was scamming us from day one.

He showed up late in the morning of the wedding, telling all sorts of lies about being stuck in traffic and not being able to find the hotel to go to. He promised to send a quick peak, 4 - 5 mins video recap of a wedding, within a week but he never did. He kept saying he lost the footage and he is working on recovering the data ... all lies. He kept asking for more time and finally stopped responding to emails, calls and texts. He even disconnected his phone line and took down his website. Stay away!

I would also like to give major props to Patrick, who was happy to be super collaborative about the editing process and let me come sit in while he put most of it together (our team is very opinionated). I was also stunned at the amount of usable footage (interviews & b-roll) we were able to collect in two days - we have nearly 10 hours of it. In scheduling the appointment, John was responsive, attentive, and detail-oriented. In conducting the photo shoot, John's artistry and creativity was very much apparent! He took lovely photos of my husband and I, finding elegant ways to feature my growing belly. John even incorporated a pretty little yellow and white lace dress into the photo session (a gift for Baby Girl from my Great Aunt). We cannot say enough positive things about John and his work.
