Instead of acknowledging mistakes, taking accountability, or working toward a resolution, the response seems to be defensiveness and intimidation. When I mentioned that I intended to post a negative review, I felt they tried to scare me out of posting it rather than address my concerns. That response spoke louder than anything else. Do your research before deciding to do business here. Make sure to check out the negative Google reviews and their responses.

Our Santa Fe style home was built 4 years ago and I recently went up to look at the roof after the…read morelatest rains and was appalled to see what our roof looked like. There are places where the roofing material has cracked, was not applied correctly and other areas where there is exposed wood with no roofing material. Kevin came out and looked at it, was very evasive, and asked what we wanted done. I'd have thought the roofing expert could see the problems to fix. He later said it looked fine and to contact our builder. If my roof looks fine, this shows their level of work. Stay clear of this company!!!!

They come out, measure and then disappear for another year. Then they send out another estimator who measures and then disappears for another year. Latest rain destroyed my side door. I saw the problem coming and tried my best to get them out one last time. No one answers the phone and a personal visit accomplishes nothing. I guess I don't learn. They just don't give a damn.

I would recommend using another roofer!

My mobile home was in need of roof repairs -- the vents above the kitchen and bathroom, and the…read moreawning flashing over one window (where rainwater pours down the side of the home instead of over the awning and into the gutter). Daniel repaired the vents with a heavy-duty sealant/cement. He thoroughly scraped off the old, flaking sealant. He also installed an L-shaped, roof-to-wall flashing over the existing awning flashing -- the entire length of the home on one side. That eave area is now completely covered and I think it would be impossible for it to leak outside or inside the home -- so long as it stays in place. Daniel installed it with a special flashing tape and then covered it with sealant. Daniel has a strong "work ethic," a rarity nowadays, and I am thankful that he has opened a business in Yuma. He even came by one day, just to check the roof and make sure everything had dried properly. I wish him much success and happiness.

I saw a major problem on my roof, Superior Roofing was the only contractor that mentioned the big dimple on my roof. Always on time if he says he will be there he's there. Again Daniel has integrity and honesty.

His workers were lazy , a representation of him. Walking on concrete that was already worked on. After I fired him, he clinched his fist and stormed off collecting his tools.
