Two wines:
1. Branco - Esperão, €26
2. Tinto - Quinta de Porrais, full bodied, 14%, €35.
The couvert is bread and a yummy, sweetish tuna pâté.
We shared 2 pratos:
1. Dourado de Português - whole fish in a tomato, pepper, onion sauce. Accompanied by potatoes. We picked that fish to death to get every last morsel.
2. Arroz de Pato - baked rice with duck meat pieces inside the cassoulet and sausage on top. Rich and crispy. The aroma was seductive.
Dessert was an assortment of custard, orange and plum. Coffe and aguardente.
