I'm always impressed with how well they figure out the problem and diagnose the issue in ways I certainly couldn't have done on my own. They are all so friendly even though I imagine they see a lot of patients every day. I also like how there's always an on call doctor for emergencies during after business hours. And when one doctor isn't available, you can see any of the other doctors in the practice. Another thing I like about the practice is that when you call, you talk to someone who's actually in the office, not a call center who's not even there. Truly grateful that my kids are patients of this practice!

We drove about an hour and a half to get here, and it was 100% worth the drive. If it's your first time coming, there isn't a big sign that says Children's Hospital, but the address is easy to see on the building. The office is on the first floor, and we had no problem finding it. We had the first appointment of the day, and they got us in right away. I believe the medical assistant's name was Julie, and she was so sweet. I always appreciate friendly front office staff because they're the first people you meet, and she made us feel so welcome. Maria, our nurse, was absolutely amazing. After Dr. Topete dilated my girls' eyes, we had to wait about 20 minutes before they could finish the exam. During that time, Maria jumped right in and helped me with my triplets. As a mom of three one year olds, having someone step in and help without even being asked meant more than she probably realizes. Not everyone would do that, and I truly appreciated her kindness. Dr. Topete was wonderful too. She was patient, thorough, and great with my girls. Every single person we came across was kind and welcoming. It's not often you leave a doctor's appointment thinking, "Wow, that was such a great experience," but that's exactly how I felt. I would absolutely recommend this office. It was a 10 out of 10.

You can find him at this office certain days, or Santa Monica & Torrance. When we were walking in, one of the staff was walking a patient out, he welcomed us and invited us in. The lady at the front desk also warmly welcomed us. Check in was easy, just filled out a few forms. Waiting room is cheerful and clean, we had barely sat down and we were called back to exam room. All three staff members we had contact with were extremely friendly. My son was nervous because he didn't know what to expect but as soon as Dr. Cynamon came in he was put right at ease. The Doctor asked all the questions needed to help him decide the best move. We all really liked him and felt comfortable. If you are looking for a pediatric Gastroenterologist, we highly recommend this office and Doctor.

This review is specifically for the only therapist he worked with - Christia. Physical therapy is not exactly an extracurricular activity a child looks forward to - or so we thought. We were expecting our son's physical therapy to be tolerable, at best. Christia was able to prove us wrong from day one. Our son LOVED his sessions, and often asked if we could "go to the walking doctor today." To our surprise, he actually looked forward to his PT just as much as, if not more than, his other "fun" activities. Christia was able to provide a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. She designed a program for our son that was both fun, and effective. My son was having so much fun "playing", that he didn't even realize he was working/exercising. Christia has the perfect personality to work with children, and seemed to genuinely care about our son's progress and well being. She was also great to work with from our (the parents) end as well. She was flexible when it came to scheduling issues, and was great about starting and ending our appointments on time. She welcomed our feedback, and made us feel like our opinions/input actually mattered. In short, we could not have asked for a better physical therapist for our son. A big thank you to Christia for all of the hard work and care she provided for our son. Highly recommended.

We were committed to our appointments. We were always early even though the speech therapist was always at least 10 minutes late. They also gave us incorrect information regarding what our copay would be and they just didn't seem to care. Overall I'm sure they've helped a lot of kids but I can't imagine that there isn't a better option out there.

Office was clean, orderly and receptionist was friendly and attentive. Meeting Dr. Narindar and her helpful staff was a definite a positive experience. This has been so helpful to us especially since we were first time parents. We highly recommend Dr. Manuel to anyone looking for a pediatrician in the SCV area. We have not had any problems with billing as some other reviewer had noted. It has always been very clear and smooth.
