When we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon, the place was full of kids and lots of energy was burned off with plenty of things to do. You can literally spend the whole day there, but I found that two hours was just enough to get the kids worn out. There are obstacle courses, foam pits, zip lining, swings, trampolines, basketball, slides, beams, dodgeball area, and a bunch of other things to do. It is suitable for all ages and I found that the deal was worth it. There is also a food court that offers pizza, concession items, and beverages with a sitting area upstairs. There was plenty of staff walking around and making sure that the participants were safely having fun. They made sure that people were not using the areas that needed staff supervision if there wasn't anybody there to monitor the area. What a fun time!

Defy takes action park to the next level by offering several different attractions within their realm of trampolines. They have a ninja warrior course which is challenging yet safe because of the foam pits to break your fall. They have a dodge ball arena complete with trampoline sides so you can run up the walls. There are several areas where you can get some extra bounce and do trick into a foam pit. They have swings, a trapeze, ropes to walk across, gymnastics areas, basketball, battling, zip lining, and so much more. You will be entertained here for hours! In addition to all of the attractions, they have a food court and an upstairs eating area. I didn't try any food, but it looked like decent snacks to hit the spot. I also really liked the loud, upbeat music playing. It created a lively atmosphere and it felt like a party. Overall a wonderful experience!!!

He apologized and offered us to come for free and give it another try so we did! My daughter ais 13 now and she had a blast with her friend. Staff was great, bathrooms were clean, there were three camps there but they were all supervised and and the staff was spread out around the jumping area keeping an eye on things. We are so glad we gave Adrenaline another chance. I was happy to see my teen daughter and her friend having a blast instead on their phones. Thanks so much to the new management that reached out (I think his name was Porter). Thanks again! Customer service goes a long way! Another review giving it to you straight no chaser! Enjoy! Follow me on Yelp (Elizabeth S.) OLD REVIEW: No control.over crowded. No one explained rules or guidelines upon entry. Staff was not regulating designated areas. Bullship!:/ Glad you responded owner. My child was invited to a birthday party there. Out of the 12 children in our party three were injured. No staff mentioned a video loop worth rules. At all. Staff was present yes, but was not regulating anything. My child had an injury ten min in because an adult came teaming by her throwing her off balance. Again, this place is not worth the risk. The waiver says it all. Enter at your own risk. Lawyers write these waivers based on what has happened in the past and based on what they know is possible.

He came over and made sure everything was okay, provided an ice pack, and was very comforting and attentive. That level of care really stood out to me. The facility itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This location did seem a little less busier than the location in Davie however, towards the end of the day, it does pick up a little bit. I also really liked that they offer adult beverages liquor, wine, and canned drinks which gives parents a chance to relax a bit while the kids play. The fun bites were fresh, sweet, and crispy definitely a highlight. They also have Dippin' Dots (one of my favorites), and those did not disappoint. We ordered pizza, chicken tenders, and fries as well those were just okay, nothing special, but the kids enjoyed them. Pricing was reasonable overall. Just note that socks are required and need to be purchased, and jumping is charged by the hour. Some attractions like the zip line and arcade games come with additional fees. I really appreciated the designated area for kids under five it's a safe space where little ones can play without worrying about bigger kids.

Alot of claw games for higher ticket points. I noticed one virtual game and one motorcycle race ride. Various fighting games and fair type ones. The large air hockey was not working there were 2 smaller tables and a pool table, which we noticed had 2 of the same number 15 balls and another missing. You can only buy either $20 or $50 or even more expensive game card nothing in-between it offered 400 points or 1200. They also required to sign a waiver even though we only were going to play video games, which was off since other places do not do that. We still just made the best of it to enjoy the fun.

The kids had an amazing time. They were so hyped that they did not want to leave. I was even able to participate with them, which is a plus. When you go in, you sign in with your party and you're directed to your table. There is a coordinator that basically tells you the timing of everything and is there if you need any help. They are also the one who put the bracelets on the kids and just help around. We end up winning two free tickets to come back and we also got a T-shirt, which is complementary to the package that we booked.

It's something you don't find in South Florida very often so when you do, it stands out. My son has been asking to have his birthday party here for months and we finally got the opportunity to celebrate his seventh birthday at Urban Air, today. It was 10/10; a perfect party. I have three children and have hosted many birthdays. The staff is what set this one apart. Raenika and Erin really went above and beyond. They both knew what we needed without us having to ask. The kids all had a ton of fun. There was something for everyone and more than enough activities to keep the kids busy for two hours. Thank you, Urban Air for a great seventh birthday!

It wasn't crowded (weekday during the day), which made a big difference -- my daughter was actually able to enjoy the trampoline areas more than at our home location. That said, this location does feel older compared to others. Fewer attractions and some areas seemed a bit worn. There was also a noticeable leak from the ceiling at one attraction, creating a large puddle that didn't seem to be getting addressed, which was concerning. On the positive side, staff were walking around maintaining areas and keeping things organized. Overall, it was fun for a low-crowd day, but definitely not the most updated location.

The space was clean and seemed well prepared for multiple birthday parties that weekend, so we had no complaints at that time. Today, however, was a very different experience. We arrived at 12 PM on a Friday when the business had just opened, and it was shocking how dirty the entire place was. Everything, ESPECIALLY the floors clearly need a deep clean, and it was surprising that the facility appeared not to have been cleaned before opening. The bathrooms smelled bad, and the trash near the front entrance also had a strong odor. There were several staff members standing around talking, but no one seemed to be monitoring or maintaining the play areas (aside from the café area). I didn't even capture how dirty the kids play area was. Some of the foamed cushions were black. For the price we paid, we expected at least a clean environment for the kids to play in. Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness and the cost, we're not sure we will return.
