Plus their system was hacked and I was emailed by some hackers claiming to be UA. Once we got there, everything was easy. We paid for a vip party so Just go upstairs and they'll have a person to help you out the entire party. Only downside was the only way up is with the stairs. No handicap accessibilities. We set up the room with a few things and went off to play. Every area is super cool and fun! The kids loved it. We came from New Orleans because none of the other trampoline parks had all the different amenities UA has. There was one complaint about the go carts. They weren't being very fair with the lines since they could only run so many cars at a time. So we'd get skipped over for the sake of allowing a certain amount of other people to go. At the end of the day, I definitely plan to go back. This was a really fun experience.

We had a birthday party at this location last night. The GM was grossly inept and mishandled what…read morewas a serious situation which ultimately ruined the party. One of the employees touched my daughter's neck inappropriately after she was already suited up in her harness. He made comments about how he could braid her hair and also spoke to the girls about the Nirvana song Rape Me. Completely inappropriate. He was also flashing his stomach at the children. When I spoke with the manager, she moved him to another area with primarily smaller children. My daughter and her friends could not enjoy the evening and I also was worried about everyone. The GM hid in the back instead of handling the situation. She didn't check on us or take responsible actions. She told me she was going to call the cops on me for using the F word when I asked her to do her job. She also sent the host of our party in to ask us to leave when the kids finally sat down to eat. The situation was GROSSLY mishandled and off putting. When we left I had to request for her to come to the front. I told her we would not be paying due to the fact that they did not really play due to all the drama. She started shouting "you will be paying" repeatedly. Then ignored me when I asked her how to settle the matter. She was unable to produce the DMM or Owners name. I would appreciate if an HR employee would get in touch with me. I fear that something worse may happen with this mismanagement and allowing these two employees to continue at this location.

But they make the adults that are literally only sitting on the couches purchase a shirt in order to be allowed on the floor. Then tonight, I get there at 6:30, with my son and his friend, and of course, it's another damn glow night, but now, they're not letting anyone in that doesn't have a membership until 8pm when the glow night starts.. I have a membership for my son but not his friend. So now we have to either leave or sit in the car for an hour and a half because it's members only until 8pm.. which is bullsh!t!! There literally isn't anything else in this city for little kids to do, and now they pull this stunt trying to force people to purchase the membership. Well I'm cancelling my membership tonight. Update 2 hours later, we finally got in, and they closed the cafe early, after announcing that it closes at 9:30, we go over at 9:15 just for no one to show up. I take my 5yr old to SkyZone and a jump park every weekend and of all the places I've purchased memberships for this one gives her the best workout and she never wants to leave- even after 2hrs of constant running. We've never used the arcade or their private birthday facilities but it hasn't been my experience to notice anyone having a hard time with these aspects of their services. I always get there early-ish so it's never too crowded. I did however go there after 3pm on the weekend and it was very intimidating and appeared to be a zoo.... But we still had tons of fun without incident even with TONS of kids everywhere all at once. It was just overwhelming to see sooooo many kids in every area playing. Staff is very attractive, friendly and eager to help and I've found truth in the statement that they don't always know the policies. However, in the event someone couldn't answer my questions they've always found someone that could. To me, the place is such a great value that the little details don't really matter as much as the total experience. IOW, it doesn't matter if the staff doesn't know every detail about everything or if a random teenager is a bit 'zealous' in the dodgeball arena- my child doesn't know the difference and has an equal amount of fun regardless. LOVE this place and look forward to it every Saturday.

Take note that most of their promotions aren't valid on Saturday and Sunday. It's also important to note that they don't have lockers for rent so you store your items in the cubbies at your own risk. They have sections for birthday parties and several tables. There were quite a few parties taking place during our visit. The obstacle course is fun but when you're older, it's a lot harder to get out of the foam pit then it looks lol! The trapeze was a lot of fun and provides a soft landing. I took a star off of this rating merely because of cleanliness. It didn't take away from the purpose of our visit, which was to have fun.
