One of the employees touched my daughter's neck inappropriately after she was already suited up in her harness. He made comments about how he could braid her hair and also spoke to the girls about the Nirvana song Rape Me. Completely inappropriate. He was also flashing his stomach at the children. When I spoke with the manager, she moved him to another area with primarily smaller children. My daughter and her friends could not enjoy the evening and I also was worried about everyone. The GM hid in the back instead of handling the situation. She didn't check on us or take responsible actions. She told me she was going to call the cops on me for using the F word when I asked her to do her job. She also sent the host of our party in to ask us to leave when the kids finally sat down to eat. The situation was GROSSLY mishandled and off putting. When we left I had to request for her to come to the front. I told her we would not be paying due to the fact that they did not really play due to all the drama. She started shouting "you will be paying" repeatedly. Then ignored me when I asked her how to settle the matter. She was unable to produce the DMM or Owners name. I would appreciate if an HR employee would get in touch with me. I fear that something worse may happen with this mismanagement and allowing these two employees to continue at this location.

For our last birthday party, the manager came and spent 20 minutes with us, making sure our visit was perfect, chatting about life and what-not, and generally making us feel less like customers and more like friends. We signed up for the membership on our last visit (Platinum, baby!), and the young lady setting us up was simply amazing. Friendly, enthusiastic, and just a wonderful person! I always get there early-ish so it's never too crowded. I did however go there after 3pm on the weekend and it was very intimidating and appeared to be a zoo.... But we still had tons of fun without incident even with TONS of kids everywhere all at once. It was just overwhelming to see sooooo many kids in every area playing. Staff is very attractive, friendly and eager to help and I've found truth in the statement that they don't always know the policies. However, in the event someone couldn't answer my questions they've always found someone that could. To me, the place is such a great value that the little details don't really matter as much as the total experience. IOW, it doesn't matter if the staff doesn't know every detail about everything or if a random teenager is a bit 'zealous' in the dodgeball arena- my child doesn't know the difference and has an equal amount of fun regardless.
