She took the time to thoroughly explain the various options & the entire siding process (as well as her neat measuring equipment to my interested daughter), and never was in a rush. She treated us like family. The work date was within a couple of weeks, and the schedule was exactly adhered to. The workers were cheerful, on-time, and did excellent workmanship. Our property was completely cleaned up afterward. Nicole made frequent site visits to check the status of the work and checked in with us, as well, to be a sure we were satisfied and that the work was perfect. Ken took all of those issues into account when he gave us an estimate on the work. We knew we might have to wait for some materials to arrive, but once they did the work proceeded promptly. Given the size of the house and the influence of weather we were happy that everything moved along quickly. Two of our skylights were non-standard sizes and required special attention to detail, and a flatter portion of roof needed to be approached differently as well. When you only replace a roof every 25 years or so it's hard to know what to be watching for, but the finished product exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend KJN Restoration.
