What a joke of facility....very disappointed!! I scheduled an appointment to visit the facility for an upcoming event. We not only felt insulted, but what a way to conduct business. I was told that the facility would potentially range $12,000 plus and was told that perhaps I should go to a "more reasonable" facility's off Hwy 359. Because this facility hold 150 to 200 attendees...and I'm looking at 75 to 100 attendees. Unfortunately, I live in the greater Houston Metropolitan area, and I'm not familiar with the expansions Laredo has. My mother's 91st birthday has NO price, and if it had been $20 or $30 thousand, I would have been more than happy to pay. Hopefully Laredo has a few other venues that are more CS savvy friendly and knowledgeable. What a way to conduct business. America and her Supervisor need additional knowledge regarding contract commitment. Once I sign, it would be my lose and your gain if only 100 or 50 invitees attend. Our weeding reception was last night. Our experience was Amazing. The staff, especially the wedding coordinator Claudia, was extraordinary. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure our night was unforgettable and less stressful. The DJ/ MC had the crowd pumped up and dancing since the beginning of the event. The Venue, Altezza/ Marquezza- was beautiful and elegant: making our night one to remember. We had our 50th Wedding Anniversary Friday, Oct. 20, 2017 at this awesome venue. Altezza has the very best in all a venue can offer. We started planning it 3 months back and for the short time we had to get it going, our event coordinator, Claudia went all out to make it possible. She made sure all our needs were fulfilled. She advised us of things we needed and kept us on schedule to have everything there before the big day. Our DJ, Joel, did a Fantastic job with our presentation. He is a fun and awesome person to work with. Altezza has an extraordinary staff, ready to serve each and every table. We highly recommend Altezza for any event you might have. Claudia Rodriguez is an AMAZING planner, very polite and her professionalism brings out the best at Altezza Events. We made new friends with all the staff. We hate to see that it's over but we plan to just stop by and visit cause we fell in love with all of them. We are already planning to have our granddaughters 15ra there. Great experience! After being indecisive on many venues, we found the one we fell in love with! We love this new venue in Laredo; its unique and perfect for our budget! Our coordinator (Claudia Rodriguez) has been awesome, she gives us her professional feedback and keeps us well informed of things that need to be done. We are happy we chose this venue; it has been wonderful being part of their grand opening and for once feel we are appreciated for doing business with them.
