Vehicle was priced very fair, checked out service department on site, the prices for service very fair. We scoured several other dealerships in our area looking for a new truck in our price range, no luck anywhere except for this dealership.

Requested: diagnostic behind engine lights and oil change…read more Outcome: Job done correctly. I actually learned a lot about my car. And they didn't scalp me. Owner is extremely knowledgeable, personable, willing to discuss your vehicle, and is helpful. I will continue to bring my cars here. Additional context: dealer and several other shops could not or would not provide me answers for the lights (but sure loved to take my money and provide "eh, maybe, it could be" responses). The (redacted) Cadillac dealer I previously went to, failed to identify the issue. They also failed to replace/fill oil on my last service resulting in a critical low oil state-- also adding unnecessary wear to the vehicle and inspired a new engine noise. I was about to give up and drive the car off a bridge-- Meoni's: quickly diagnosed the issue, about 24 hours, with a confident and clear answer. They have a fair labor rate that doesn't feed a corporate machine. They gave me a fair price for the diagnostic work. After all said and done... due to the age, wear, and other factors, they didn't recommend fixing the issue. The owner and I discussed his reasoning, which was supported by objective evidence. This demonstrates integrity I simply cannot find in any other shop I've been to. I cannot recommend it more.

I thought there had to be something insanely wrong with it, but the test drive went fine, and a run of the VIN (that I did myself, before I even went to the dealership) revealed a clean record. I have had this car for a little over two months and I have had zero problems! *knock on wood* They also took my busted old Mercury Grand Marquis and actually gave me a decent price for it. My mechanic suggested these guys, as well as one of my friends, and I'm so glad I came here. I think he can offer better deals because he's independent, not beholden to a particular manufacturer. In order to compete with the "big boys" he lowers his prices. Either way, I'm very satisfied with my car.

In December of 2025, my dad passed away.. When I lost my dad I knew that I needed to keep this car for him, to honor him. But in all honesty I had no idea where to even begin, so I went to Jacki and Artie first. It was very hard coming to them with the news, because my dad has known them for quite a long time. Jacki and Artie made a difficult situation so much easier to bear. They have helped me with absolutely everything necessary to keep my dad's car, treating the situation with so much respect and grace. I don't have words to express how grateful I am for them. They are some of the most down to earth and kind hearted people I've ever met. When it comes to buying a car, most places keep it strictly transactional, but not here. They treat you like family. I am beyond grateful for their patience, guidance, genuine kindness & support during such a difficult year that I've had. If you want to work with people who TRULY care, this is the place to go. They don't only sell cars here, they build relationships. They are wonderful people & they'll make you feel like part of their own family the moment you walk in. I am so thankful for their support in helping me preserve this piece of my dad's legacy. They are Jadta Fine Cars - & amazing people!!
