Come to find out the technician doing the work was using wrong software to program. The shop Forman dug up an older version and it was programmed. They treated me like professionals and took care of me. I will buy from them again for sure.

Ordered an ECM for a customer's vehicle (we are a repair shop, open since 1965). Received a…read moreswitch, which is an obviously different part. We paid to ship the part back (about $13.00) and was promptly refunded, minus $22.00, I assume for shipping and handling, but if they make an error, they shouldn't have charged that and should have reimbursed our shipping costs. Won't be using them again. We can understand mistakes happen, but they should take full responsibility, especially when it was obvious the part wasn't an ECM.
