Cut off numerous times by the lawyer and could tell his listening comprehension was his lowest skill set. I had to tell him to be quiet and listen at least 4 seperate times before he was able to understand that I was saying "transferred from ny to nj". So no surprise previous review is a white star as well. From look of this picture I can tell he doesn't have the education I need for representation. Especially if you can't take care of your own physical well being.

The only reason I put one star is because there is no option for zero! It turns out there was slight potential there could be a case but once I mention there was another lawyer involved but of a different nature , the lawyer at this firm was very rude. As I was trying to explain I mistakenly cut him off and he yelled "If you called him for help then let me help you!" I let that roll...then as I was still talking he cut me off this time and was like ma'am if there is another lawyer involved YOU DON'T NEED ME! All this over getting a lawyers opinion...I was taken aback as he over talked me several times and got Loud. I just told myself there are tons of other firms and moved on. Called others and they were much nicer. Maybe he was having a bad day ...but this is never how you treat a potential client.

I am rating this on the fact that when I reached out I let them know I was in California and they…read moresaid they do not handle cases in California. Richard took the time though after I let him know this, to listen to my situation and give me some very good feedback and resources. Most lawyers would not have done this. Thank you Richard for your follow up and info you were able to give me.

I consulted Richard regarding an employment opportunity for a newly formed position, within a local…read morecompany. Post consultation, I hired him to guide me through the creation of the framework for the job. He was superb: first we sat down together and brainstormed about a contract, based upon a template of fair expectations. I then wrote the document, which Richard edited, and presented it to my proposed employer. Afterward, Richard helped me through every development in the negotiation process. Richard's intelligence on all matters proved invaluable. He was experienced, comprehensive and patient with the process, as I pursued a structure of employee - employer compromise. He made himself available at unreasonable hours to answer my questions and to settle my concerns. My contract was accepted with minor changes, and, because my current employment articulates the role within a clear and secure framework, I am extremely optimistic about the prospects of this company and my contributions to its future. I will be returning to Richard's practice in the years ahead because I am not interested in working with anyone else. It is rare to find the characteristics he exhibited in any professional environment but I am pleased and honored to write a review for his practice. Thank you, Richard!

I had a great experience working with Costello & Silverman, specifically Carly and Kevin. Both were…read moreextremely knowledgeable about employment law, professional throughout the entire process, and effective in helping me achieve a good result. They took my matter seriously, demonstrated a strong understanding of employment-related issues, and handled everything with professionalism. I also think it's important to recognize that not every firm can or should take every case. Some negative reviews may reflect situations where the firm declined to pursue a case, rather than the quality of its work for clients it does represent. In my experience, Carly and Kevin were knowledgeable, professional, and delivered a positive outcome. I would absolutely recommend Costello & Silverman to anyone looking for knowledgeable and professional representation in an employment matter. I'm grateful for their help and very satisfied with my experience!

If you need a team to fight for you do not hesitate to give them a call.
