When they did the NJ tax form it was all wrong and late so I am paying late fees on the taxes. They doubled the amount of time spent on phone calls. I had screen shots of the times for all calls, they also inflated the amount of time spent on doing the tax form wrong. When I told them that the form was done wrong they terminated our contract. I had to hire another attorney who redid the form correctly. Dragon missed a lot and had addition errors on the form.
