Attorney Alfonso Gambone is THE MAN! I was falsely accused of harrassment/assault, and Mr. Gambone was able to talk to the prosecutors directly and got my case dismissed with no probable cause and expunged from my record without me even saying a single word in my court hearing. He was very attentive and informative in answering all of my questions during our initial consultation, and he went above and beyond in his representation of my case. He made himself readily available thoughout the process for me to reach out to him directly if I had questions or concerns, and I would recommend Mr. Gambone to ANYONE in the area who needs representation for a pending criminal charge. Without Mr. Gambone's help, I would have surely been lost throughout this process. A huge thank you to Mr. Gambone and his team - do not hesitate to give them a call! read more

I was in a scramble . My husband and I lived in Georgia and my husband had gotten arrested for something in New Jersey from 3 years prior . I had to find a lawyer for my husband without being there to meet or get to know the attorney . I did research , I had friends doing research . I made calls and everyone I had talked to cared about one thing first and one thing only and that was money , UNTIL I came across Alfonso Gambone . I watched his YouTube videos and did my research and decided to give him a call . In the 15 or so minutes I spent talking to him, I knew he was the attorney I was going to hire . He actually took time to hear about what was going on before anything else. After hiring him he didn't change at all. No matter how many times I called him or reached out he was always listening to our concerns and making sure we were updated with every piece on information that he received . At the time all of this was happening I was pregnant and already freaking out more so than usual and this man calmed every single fear I had . He helped my family out tremendously and did everything he possibly could to get the outcome we wanted , which we did ! If you're looking for an attorney in the New Jersey or Philadelphia area, and want an attorney that cares about your case, listens to you, let's you know exactly what's going on , and doesn't play any games in the courtroom, well then Gambone Law is 100% the choice for you . read more

Attorney is not always available and when he is, you sense that you are wasting his time. Attorney lacks detail and does not complete tasks effectively. For example, we had two witnesses that were willing to testify. The attorney knew this but it wasn't until we "refreshed" his memory that he said he wanted to speak to them. Additionally, when interviewing the witnesses, he did not inform them when and where to go for the hearing. All of this follow-up was done by his clients. Furthermore, he didn't apprise us of what to expect prior to hearings. Every time we had to ask him these relatively simple questions, and he always seemed bothered by them. The relationship culminated with a very provocative phone call from the attorney after the proceedings were finished. Earlier that day, we had spoken on the phone and I asked for an itemized invoice of work performed, which most attorneys do and rightfully so to keep track of their hours. The attorney said that he would send a letter to us with this information. Not five minutes later, he calls back fuming, angry, saying that we did not appreciate the work he did and that had it not been for him, we would have faced extreme consequences. His return phone call was charged with fury and was extremely unprofessional. We, new to the criminal system, were completely reliant on his expertise on the process. It wasn't until that phone call that we were able to see that any and all questions we had asked regarding the process, he mistook them as us doubting his ability to perform at his job. I was literally unable to answer him on the phone due to his forceful tone, attitude and my utter shock at how he chose to end our business relationship. From this, we can assume that he did not keep track of his hours of work and this was his way of getting out of doing something he did not want to do. I do not recommend this attorney to anyone. Very unprofessional, highly sensitized, and not client-oriented in any sense of the word. read more

10/10 would recommend this attorney. My husband and I live in Georgia, and my husband was getting charged with something in New Jersey. I was frantic. Not only was the situation stressful. but I was also pregnant which added to the stress. Here I was researching attorneys in that area that could help him, without having ever met them. I was going off only what I could tell over the phone. I called several attorneys and none of them would listen to me and only cared about what I was going to pay them before doing anything or listening to me This is when I came across Mr.Gambone. I reached out to him and within minutes he called me back and listened to me and was already coming up with a plan of how he could help. That was when I knew I was going to retain Mr. Gambone. He always made sure I knew what was going on, and what his next steps were. I never felt in the dark, or clueless. All the way through court dates and sentencing he was there fighting on our behalf, listening to us, informing us and generally just being a good man. In the end his determination and skills got us the verdict and sentencing that we were hoping for. So thank you Mr. Gambone for helping my family and being there for us during that time. I would recommend this law firm to an other person . If i ever were in the area and needed an attorney again, he would be my number 1 choice. read more
