He saw the strengths and holes in my case and told me plainly, but he took a great deal of sensitivity, especially in making me relive difficult moments. He even gave me a few names and made some intros. I so appreciated that he was more invested in making this right than in making a "sale." I had screen shots of the times for all calls, they also inflated the amount of time spent on doing the tax form wrong. When I told them that the form was done wrong they terminated our contract. I had to hire another attorney who redid the form correctly. Dragon missed a lot and had addition errors on the form.
