That would at least be understandable.) When trusting someone with your finances, we expect someone who cares....which is why we chose a smaller Manayunk firm instead of one of the big Philly firms. Since it seems clear the JEM&Assoc and our "accountant" Brian seem not to value our business in the slightest, we will be taking our business elsewhere. I don't have time to chase people who I am paying to do a service for myself and my family. If you need further clarification of the situation, it's been almost a month since my first email, a week since my follow up email asking if he had an alternative preferred method of communication, and three days since I called his office and left a message.
