Got the shirt back a few days later and it fits wonderfully now. Customer service was excellent while looking and being delightful. Now I know where to go if I need some more adjustments to my clothes. The price wasn't too bad.

They had some of the measurements wrong, but instead of calling me to come back in for new measurements, they just waited until I came in two weeks later to pick up my dresses. During that fitting, one of my dresses had been altered so much that it no longer fit. This was a dress that started out an entire size too big, and they got the measurements so wrong that it was too small to zip. They also hadn't even started the sleeves I commissioned for my wedding dress. After that, they told me it would take two more weeks. When I came in again, the dress they over-altered was still too small, as if they forgot they needed to let out the seam -- or they couldn't, because of how much they took in the first time. They told me my wedding dress was ready to take home, but the sleeves were still not ready. I sent my fiancé in a few days before the wedding since I was out of town, and he came back with yellow sleeves that didn't match the wedding dress or the style we talked about. I brought them back the day before the wedding and told them they needed to be fixed because it wasn't what I asked for and didn't match my dress. They took two hours to take the yellow fabric out of the sleeves but were still unable to make the sleeves I commissioned. I was offered no refund, no apology. I had to order sleeves off Amazon. On the day of the wedding, I kept tripping on my dress, which made no sense because it had fit fine at the fitting. When we looked closer, we found that the underlayer of the dress was still pinned and never sewn. Some of the pins had fallen out, and I was tripping over the fabric they never finished altering. This whole experience was unprofessional, careless, and stressful, especially for something as important as a wedding. They had multiple chances to make things right and failed every single time. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

When he quoted me a price, I joked about it being high but assured him I would pay what he asked. One week later, Mario called to ask if I still wanted the alterations--something that should have already been in progress. I confirmed and reminded him he had only three days left before my event. He reassured me he could finish it in just one day. What I received was an unprofessional and careless attempt at tailoring. The jacket was altered in a way that caused the back to curl awkwardly. The pants were taken in so excessively that they resembled skinny trousers, with one leg inexplicably wider than the other. During our conversation, Mario mentioned that he was leaving his position to start teaching tailoring. It's unfortunate that he will be passing on such poor craftsmanship, lack of professionalism, and disregard for commitments. Despite paying what he charged, the quality of work wasn't even close to what was promised or deserved. I attempted to reach out multiple times to give Mario a chance to correct his mistakes, but he has ignored my calls and voicemails. This experience was amateurish, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I would never return, nor would I recommend Mario's tailor shop to anyone. Patético

Hands down, the nicest and most skillful tailor I've found in Tucson (ask him about his story)…read more Wonderful craftsmanship. I've taken all my suits and several pairs of pants to Mario to have them altered, and he's always done great work. Good prices... on par with small private tailors. PLAN AHEAD. He gets a lot of work, and it's difficult to have a quick turnaround. On the rare occasion I've needed something on a short timeframe, he's called other customers to adjust their timing so that he could fit me in. 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Elsa is an incredibly kind woman who cares about altering just the way I wanted. I came in with my…read moredress for graduation pictures and explained everything I wanted done. Whilst pinning it she made sure to ask if I was okay with what she was doing as well as if I wanted it to be different, giving me the opportunity to let her know which I appreciated as I know some people have a harder time doing so. Her prices were affordable and cheaper to other options in Tucson. She also had my dress finished in less than 24 hours which was incredible. Genuinely such a kind person and affordable, would highly recommend going to her for alterations as she will ensure you get what you want and will change it if it's not to your satisfaction.

She not o it took care of the alterations I thought to ask for, but also suggested I add some boning into the sides to give a smoo th we look and remove some of the material padding on the chest that sat awkwardly. The garment was so much nicer when she was done with it. All that for less than $50. I'm in disbelief. She also was very conscious of the COVID virus and sprays down our shoes when we enter her home where so does her tailoring. I went back to have my engagement party lehenga adjusted and again-- excellent work! It came out better than I hoped for. She is going to be my go to person from now on. Will add pics soon!
