They didn't sew the bag back together right, they didn't sew the zippers on right, the tails of the zippers are sticking out of the top...it's awful! They also used zippers that would be more appropriate on a toddler's dress than on a heavy bag. They're teeny tiny! I could have done a better job, and I haven't sewed on a zipper since 9th grade home-ec class. I will never, ever bring anything here ever again. If they can't install a zipper over the course of two freaking months, then I would never trust them with anything. TL;DR: Overpriced, shoddy work. Don't waste your time.
