Makayla did such an excellent and thorough job, getting me in for two separate fittings, with just weeks to go before the ceremony (out of town). She really took her time and made sure every detail was paid attention to, bustling me up to make sure everything evenly touched the ground and the train was still intact, etc. She even recorded a video of herself doing up the bustle and talking through it so I could show my maid of honor the morning of the wedding so there was no confusion. Something else that she did that I was really touched by was that she saved all the lace trimmings from the alterations and kept them in the bag with the dress. I ended up wrapping this lace around my bouquet and it matched everything so perfectly, and added a little bridal touch! Again, I was not expecting that and it just shows how she thinks of everything. Also, the cost to get it altered was extremely reasonable, which was a breath of fresh air, considering every other vendor seemingly likes to triple the cost of anything when you say the word "wedding." Altogether I was super happy with my experience and I will be recommending this place to every Idaho bride that I know.

Some of the adorable tassels of yarn were broken apart and separated. I took it back and they wanted to " try something else" so reluctantly I gave it back. The owner stated " on the back of our receipt it says we only give you back Pennie's on the dollar for what the item cost to clean" That is a flat out lie. The back of the receipt says nothing of the sort. Now when picking it up I see they completely damaged the cashmere making it bleed into other parts of the scarf, roughing it up and ruining it. They tried to charge me but I'm like I don't think so. I am headed to small claims court against them. Horrible customer service horrible dry cleaning. Buyer beware they will ruin your belongings. Worst business I have ever encountered…read more My wife brought my wedding suit, her wedding dress and several other items to this place to have them professionally dry cleaned and preserved. They absolutely destroyed my suit. The leather pieces are completely gone, the suit appears stretched in the front and is no longer crisp. I think they ran it through an industrial washing machine vs dry cleaning it like we paid for. It's beyond repair. They also destroyed my wife's jacket. All the rhinestones are gone. It appears they ran this through a washing machine too instead of dry cleaning. Both items are ruined. We paid them over $1000 to handle all our items. They never disclosed the damage to us. There's no way they didn't see it. They told my wife they take before and after pictures of everyone but strangly they refused to show them to us. They accused my wife of "bringing the items in already damaged." This is the wost service we have ever experienced. They have made zero effort to resolve this issue and have not contacted us back at all. Do not use them.

I made a Yelp account, just to save another bride. I don't normally leave reviews. When initially…read morelooking into Kristin to alter my wedding dress, I looked at her overall reviews - I did not dig through her wedding dress reviews, lesson learned. I'm a pretty easy going person, so when I went in for my second fitting and there was a large oil-looking stain on the back of my dress, I was shocked, but Kristin assured me it wasn't from her, but she'd get it out. We connected on gardening and conversation was easy to make as she measured and snipped. She removed that stain by my next fitting, I noticed the lighting was poor this time, I also observed the cat hair on my dress and I was fairly certain she told me she never allowed the cats in her sewing room. But hey, lint rollers right? The cost seemed outrageous, I grew up sewing, but I wanted a professional to alter my very expensive dress for this very special day. I never did get an exact quote because apparently you can't just get that in the alteration world. Final fitting, the hem of my dress was 1/2"-1" shorter than the other side. VERY noticeable, but again, I try to relax, I'm getting married outside, no one will notice right? We discussed it, we talked about options, but we are crunching time until the wedding and I just thought surely no one will notice. I took the dress and wanted to show the photographer, just so she was aware. I pulled the dress out of the bag and she literally screeched. In better lighting you can see yellow, brownish stains all over the dress bag, on the dress. I went to pin up the bustle and the string just came out. There was an iron burn, car hair all over, black finger print marks, I'm talking ALL over, visible issues. My photographer was horrified and told me to buy a reception dress, but she would edit all of the ceremony pictures..wait what?! My dress is in really bad shape and I'm getting married in 21 days. I feel defeated.. Kristins solution was that she would take my dress back, fix it by the 3rd of September (wedding is the 21st), clean the cat pee with rubbing alcohol and if I still wasn't happy she'd refund me $100, out of the $725.50; hem, hustle and straps. I initially was going to go for it, but she told me she'd make sure to cover my dress (and future customers dresses) in a sheet just in case her cats peed on it again...I panicked, I just couldn't bring it back to her. Im out a lot of money, I never did get that $100 refund, and I have a dress to repair and clean and try to make it work for the most important day of my life. I really, really want to save another bride from this hell. I hope you take the time to read her reviews before hiring, because it's appears that I'm not alone
