I came across some towels, and I had bought two. I loved the sayings on them. They have some handmade items also, which I love. When I entered the shop, the owner was sitting at the cashier and painting an item, I'm assuming that is for sale. Seeing something like that makes me happy. I saw the same item she was painting on the wall to be bought. She was sweet too. She had a table. In front of the cashier, for safe distance for the both of us. Well the owner contacted me and helped by being able to not only personalize a gift for me; but, also get it back to me within two days. I provided the item to be personalized and she delivered a fantastic finished product at a reasonable price. I will say that the pace was a bit quicker than my last class, as there was much more to get done, but we kept up, giggles and all. The environment was comfortable, and the staff's attention to detail created a relaxing and enjoyable evening. We didn't have to overthink anything; we could just go with the flow. Everything was prepared for us from start to finish. After cooking, we sat, ate, and were pleasantly surprised to find that, after guessing the right amount of seasoning for our produce and meat, we ended up seasoning everything perfectly to our taste. I've taken several classes here and as an amateur cook and baker each class was interesting and a learning experience . For my next class I wanted to take something easy and fun so I did the mozzarella and pizza class. Scarpinocc pasta with brown butter and sage sauce and lemon Panacotta but after arriving we learned the initial menu slightly changed . Instead we made ravioli with impastata cheese and fresh chopped tomatoes and basil , also Vanilla honey Panacotta. It all turned out wonderful. When first arriving we had complimentary mimosas and appetizers of riceballs and chicken. This being my first time making ravioli I was very excited ! It was an amazing time and everything we made came out delicious! Along with our meal we were also served a delicious ,freshly made salad with feta cheese ! I was surprised to see they had a whole Ice cream bar with different options, and sold coffee as well! I was intrigued and decided on trying the soft serve chocolate ice cream cone and it was AMAZING. Different than other soft serves I had and the cone with the chocolate rim was perfectly sweet. It also came with a little chocolate piece on top which of course was great. Everyone at the shop is also so helpful and friendly! If you're in the area it is worth stopping in and giving it a try.
