She helped me organize them when I got to the store and was so patient, kind, and helpful (she also helped me carry them to my car!). I loved the nautical touch with the dune grass, rope, and adorable starfish (the creative Annette touch!). Annette is so crafty, while listening to the customer, understanding the theme, and executing it beautifully. She did everything in such a timely manner, as well. I continue to be impressed with this business and will ALWAYS highly recommend to all. We need more gift wrapping services like this on Long Island. If you are nervous about the virus like me, I felt very safe in this store. All CDC guidelines are being followed (masks, gloves, contactless payments, temperature checks, hand sanitizing, social distancing). This is always reassuring these days and it's wonderful to see businesses who care about the health and safety of their customers. Thank you, Annette! P.S. Y'all need to try her chocolate covered pretzels with Reese's M&M's... absolutely delicious. She has a wide array of fresh chocolate on display that you must try!

I will say that the pace was a bit quicker than my last class, as there was much more to get done, but we kept up, giggles and all. The environment was comfortable, and the staff's attention to detail created a relaxing and enjoyable evening. We didn't have to overthink anything; we could just go with the flow. Everything was prepared for us from start to finish. After cooking, we sat, ate, and were pleasantly surprised to find that, after guessing the right amount of seasoning for our produce and meat, we ended up seasoning everything perfectly to our taste. We look forward to taking more classes and inviting a few more friends to join us.

The shop itself is amazing with so many cooking and kitchen items that you can purchase. I've taken several classes here and as an amateur cook and baker each class was interesting and a learning experience . My first class was making Cavatelli pasta , something I have never made before , what a great class and it came out so yummy ! When you arrive you go into the dining area and before you begin cooking there are complimentary appetizers and wine served! It was so nice ! For my next class I wanted to take something easy and fun so I did the mozzarella and pizza class. That particular class had about 40 people attending .All the chefs were great and kept everyone engage! Recently I attended the class .. Scarpinocc pasta with brown butter and sage sauce and lemon Panacotta but after arriving we learned the initial menu slightly changed . Instead we made ravioli with impastata cheese and fresh chopped tomatoes and basil , also Vanilla honey Panacotta. It all turned out wonderful. When first arriving we had complimentary mimosas and appetizers of riceballs and chicken. This being my first time making ravioli I was very excited ! It was an amazing time and everything we made came out delicious! Along with our meal we were also served a delicious ,freshly made salad with feta cheese ! I'm now looking on their calendar to see what else peaks my interest. Will definitely be taking another class soon ! Thank you to all the wonderful and talented chefs ! Everyone was so friendly , patient and knowledgeable !

The average store employee one encounters these days are anything but pleasant, but this one takes…read morethe cake. Case in point: I went to Amy's Hallmark at airport plaza and forked over 100 dollars worth of business to them this past Monday, and was waited on by the rudest and most miserable cashier on Earth. Older short heavyset female with gray hair glasses and a moustache (yes, a moustache). Visibly annoyed when I said one of their keepsakes (Merriest House In Town) was not on the shelf and politely asked to check if they had more in back. Cashier #2 then asks me to step aside so they can take another customer and asks if I was SURE there weren't any left...Five minutes go by, she comes back, and SNAPS at me "Show me where it is." Gritting my teeth at the tone and temerity of this worker's voice, I had to WALK over to the display and physically PROVE to her they were OUT of the ornament I wanted, pointing to an EMPTY SHELF. Then she asks her manager (changing her tone to as sweet as pie) where to find them, and he says "they're in the back, there's a whole bunch of them, you have to look for them..." She even had a 'tude when coming back with the ornament when asking me if I had a power supply for it!!! By the time I walked out of the store I was thinking to myself how this was among the worst consumer experiences I have had in my LIFE. We consumers work HARD for our money, and when we spend it at American businesses, all we want to be treated with by your sales associates (many of whom are now aloof 20-something Millenials with zero personality who roll their eyes at you, throw you your change and don't even say 'thank you' for your business), is some courtesy, and a little gratitude...if it weren't for us, you would not make your profits and you would be out of business. Manager of Amy's Hallmark: If you are reading this, your cashier's lousy customer service skills are a direct reflection on YOU and YOUR FRANCHISE, and if that ornament wasn't on my wife's list, I would have flat walked out of your store without giving you my business....YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!
