Great staff, especially the volunteers. Excellent patient care. I was impressed with what I saw and experienced for my mother in law.

The awesome vet, Dr Zachary called me to confirm what teeth needed to be worked on when Ralph was under anesthesia and she was super patient in explaining everything and answering my questions and she helped me get absolutely everything Ralph needed done with his teeth so he can live pain free. Super thankful for how they worked with me to make it happen Ralph already seems so much happier even with a few less teeth, and we are very grateful to Dr Zachary and all of the front desk staff here for taking care of my old pug and making his surgery as easy as it could be. I've been to several different vets around salt lake city but Lone Peak is definitely the Best Vet in the valley and I'll always recommend everyone I know to come here where the animals always come first. They are amazing!!

I came here for work so I cant speak to the medical care here…read more The campus was well labeled and I was able to find my meeting place very easily. Parking was easy, no complaints. And surprisingly, the hospital cafeteria was very good. I have quite a bit of trauma over the years eating in hospital cafeterias and this place was a pleasant surprise and my colleague suggested we check it out. I had a tofu bowl and it was delicious! I also had some fresh pineapple and a diet soda. Prices were reasonable and Id definitely return. The place was swarming with hospital staff and was hard to find a place to sit, so snag your seat quickly. The views are so sick of the mountains, Id never get tired of looking at the mountains here in Utah. Id definitely return and normally I avoid hospital cafeterias like the plague.

All understandable. Our experience here was extremely positive. The experience started with the whole network from their Urgent Care, which was wonderful, to the CT scans, to the physician to this hospital. All in the Intermountain system. The doctor was down to earth, explained everything, entertained and answered questions, friendly, assuring, positive. From checking in at the front desk to post-op care, all the staff, the nurses and attendants were very helpful and friendly and supportive. This goes for their urgent care services as well. Gotta put in a plug for their cafeteria, which isn't a cafeteria, it's a food mall! So many choices: pizza, make your own salad, make your own sandwich, soup, grilled items, deserts, coffee/hot chocolate/steamed milk/smoothie station, etc. Tons of grab and go options. Even can get grilled salmon. I had a sandwich toasted and it was great along with a small bowl of vegetable beef soup. Very reasonable prices. If you don't want to eat here, there are enough good options nearby. It is a comfortable hospital, the waiting rooms were spacious with "comfortable" chairs. I put that in quotes because the chairs really gave me a sore bottom. Plenty of electric outlets and free WiFi. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Very nice complex with plenty of parking. Social distancing was enforced with mandatory masks, and…read morehand sanitizer. Temperatures were taken upon entry to the building. There is a separate open section area for people to wait that are actually sick. You do have to walk past this open air area to get to the area where the exam rooms are. There is a pharmacy onsite if you need to get a prescription filled. Staff was pretty friendly, and helpful upon initial intake. The Dr however didn't have the best bedside manner, and was hard to understand. Communication for this Dr (through their website) was not very good. The Dr answered my questions with short answers, and left me asking more questions, which didn't get answered to my satisfaction. They told me to call to get my test results, and when I did, the person who finally answered the phone said they weren't authorized to give the results to me, and would have someone call me back. Which they NEVER did. Any communication after that was done through their portal, which is lacking in personal touch, and is hard to have a communication other than short emailed answers. However, maybe a different Dr would have a different communication style. I didn't particularly like having tests done, and then sending me one my way without a personal follow up besides reading the test results through their portal, which I have to say was Chinese to me, since I didn't go to school to figure out how to read medical terminology. I'm hoping I'm ok, and I didn't fall through the cracks. I'm hoping that nothing is life threatening since I didn't get any notification to make a follow up appt, or to have more tests done!

I found myself needing wound care after breast implant surgery…read more I had a giant hole on my left side. I have been working with them since July and they have every available resource to make you heal. I did Barometric Pressure Chambers daily for two months, two hours a day. I received Placenta and Cord Blood which ultimately healed me the fastest. The team is amazing. I'm going to miss all of them. After spending that much time there they became friends. I hope you never need them but if you find you do don't waste your time with home care and just go straight to them.

It could have been a good experience if the nurses were professional. As soon as we got to the pre-op room, the nurse was all over my husband. The nurse turned my pre-surgery experience (while I was so anxious and unhappy I had to have this surgery that I could have cried endlessly) into a silent exercise is self denial. I could not talk because the nurse would not stop telling my husband her whole life story. The nurse had to be within two feet of my husband almost the entire time she was inside the surgery prep room. The nurse talked about her whole life history for two hours and ignored me. The little attention I got was horrible. The elfish nurse tried to put socks on my feet and because I'm tall with larger feet, spent five minutes profusely exaggerating how there are no more socks any larger to use in the whole hospital. Well, I'm six feet tall and my foot is equivalent to a man's size 10. I'm sure no men with feet larger than size 10 get socks at St. Mark's hospital. This tiny little elf of a woman made sure that she was the center of attention and her virtue of work was amazing and she really went out of her way to impress my husband with her life achievement. She also went out of her way to make sure I feel really bad about the size of my feet. None of this was necessary. Then, the recovery was worse. I was chastised by everyone for not waking up fast enough and shoved out the door while violently vomiting because "I took too long." I was even asked if I slept the night before the surgery because it was so outrageous how long it took me to wake up. Every aspect of my humanity was commented on and I was made to feel bad for things I could not control. I guess I'm glad I survived the parts removal factor but I'm emotionally damaged, as a result of the experience. I feel like a dog in a dysfunctional family who got my nose rubbed in shit for crapping on the carpet and all I did was show up for surgery.

The only reason I even bothered going in is because no clinics in my area are accepting new patients but one, and that one didn't have appointments open until March, but I have had a cold in the middle of influenza outbreak and have had it for a MONTH and I walk out of the clinic with absolutely no prescription and advice to take ibuprofen and use heating pad for the dislocated disc in my back that I have from coughing. This review only has the stars for the fact that most of the staff is incredibly friendly(particularly the nurses), and lines move quickly and reception is helpful and efficient, but the treatment at this facility is unreasonable. I don't care if if it "could just be a virus" if a patient comes in saying they've been sick for a month you send them out with some antibiotics. It is like pulling teeth to get antibiotics from this place, they don't prescribe narcotics at this place but something tells me if they did it would be easier to get them than antibiotics; which is just wrong.
