They have never been impressive in the scheduling of services, ability to complete them in a single visit, or timeliness in returning for the completion. The latest repair is the third call to them for the same faucet issues. It has been 3 weeks since I called the service, 2 weeks since they simply came and looked at the issue, and I am still waiting for them to actually schedule a final visit and replace the faucet. This will be the last time they walk on my property, and also will have me looking to replace American Home Shield as well. I don't recommend either company for repairs to a dog house.

Two months ago my 14 year old unit took another dump. Unfortunately I didn't remember Rich's name or number I know I know . Got the unit repaired by another sketchy service provider and it took that guy 3 weeks to complete the repair work from start to finish. I was skeptical of him but non the less the unit was working. Labor Day weekend ( Monday morning at 1:30 AM) my a/c stopped working again. We called our warranty company and requested a service provider technician ( NOT THE SKETCHY GUY FROM 06/26 ) and they got a hold of another guy. He never showed up after 24 hours. I decided to use SKETCHY GUY again and then the unit started working again by itself . Three days later the unit stopped working again and we called SKETCHY GUY on Thursday. Excuses after excuses he never showed up. Today 09/15 with the help of the warranty company we were able to track down Richard again. He came over and arrived at 9:30 tonight. By 10:00 PM he had found the problem and fixed it at no charge . HE IS TRULY A GOD SENT ANGEL. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR COMPANY AND FAMILY
