Backstory to begin: We have had "the same" clog in our kitchen drain 4x since we purchased our…read morehome. We've previously used a well-known local company to unclog the blockage. Last time they were here, WITHOUT EVEN PUTTING A CAMERA DOWN THE PIPE, they recommended either hydro jetting the pipes OR just replacing the pipes all together. Since the drain was running after they snaked it, we decided to hold off on moving forward with the options they presented. Fast forward about 8 months to now, the infamous clog had returned (big surprise) so I started researching other plumbing companies to get other opinions. I had already gotten a $1600-2500 quote for replacing the sewer pipe from a different company when I called I Fix Pipe for the hydro jetting option. I explained what we already "knew" according to the well-known company. Steve, with I Fix Pipe, recommended that we instead, start with snaking the pipe and running a camera down so we can determine the ACTUAL PROBLEM. (Me: Wow! Yeah, that sounds GREAT! For some reason, I just trusted what the initial company told me.) Steve then explained to me that Hydro Jetting is great (in the right situation) but without seeing what was going on in the pipe, it might not be the right course of action. I REALLY appreciate how this company didn't just sell me what I had asked for. I'm glad they have the customer's interest in mind, not just making money. One quote Steve said that really impressed me was when I thanked him for giving me all the info, he said, "Well, I'm treating you how I would want to be treated." THANK YOU! Our service technician was "AZ" (and I didn't catch the name of his coworker- sorry). They were both AMAZING, so knowledgeable and very professional. AZ was able to answer the "ba-zillion" questions I had. They snaked our line and then ran a camera down. It was neat to be able to be out there and watch them work. Price was great! They really treat customers like family! I Fix Pipe is going to get us some quotes on hydro jetting our line and line replacement (to a larger diameter pipe). This is DEFINITELY our new plumbing company! We will be working with them again for any of our plumbing needs!

Worst service I have ever gotten! I never requested a service call and then was charged an extra…read morehour for the service call that I did not request! I paid National Heating & Plumbing $175 to have an inspection of the AC system while my house was under contract. Although I requested several times for a report of the inspection, I never received one. We moved into the home on Sunday and quickly realized the unit wasn't cooling. I called to ask if anything came up in the inspection that might help us identify the problem. I mentioned I wanted to check with them before I called my home warranty. They said they would look into it. Later that day (at 2:05 PM), I got a call from a tech that he was at my house to look at the unit. I informed him that I had not requested a service call and he responded that the office had told him to go take a look. I told him I was at out, but I would head that way. Before this phone call, I was never notified that a tech was even coming! He said he was in no hurry and would wait for me to get there. When I got home at 2:30, he was on the phone in his truck and I waited inside about 10 minutes for him to finish. Once he did, he came inside and had the problem fixed within an hour. It was a wiring problem. He fixed the problem by around 3:15. While he was working I started to clean the dirt and leaves from around the condenser unit. Once he finished he offered to help me clean the leaves and dirt. I told him I could do it on my own and that he was ok to go. He let me know that he didn't have anywhere else to be and he didn't mind helping. We finished by 3:40. He then handed me a ticket for a two-hour service call. I NEVER requested a service call. He starting working after 2:30 and finished by 3:15. When I contested, he said I would have to have to call the office and talk to them. When I called the office they said I would have to talk to Mark Ellwood who was unavailable. The technician had started charging me before he had even called to let me know he was there when I wasn't even aware he was coming. When Mark called the next day he was extremely rude and unwilling to work with me. He even mentioned that because the GPS on the truck showed he was at my house before 2:00 he started billing me then even though I was not even aware he was there until he called at 2:05. Mark angrily told me if I didn't pay the full two-hour service call he would turn it in to a collection agency then hung up before I had time to respond. This was one of the least professional encounters I have ever had with a service provider. I would not use this company again under any circumstance and I advise you to do the same.

They called me just a couple minutes later to let me know they were on the way to help. The guys were super friendly and they showed me exactly where the problem was and what was needed. I have a very old unit, but a good unit. They were able to change out the blower motor and get it working again. I cannot express enough how friendly the staff is in person and on the phone. I have not experienced that much out here in West Texas especially on the phone. Thanks for saving the day guys!

The Bosworth electrician came out and did not look into the power problem we were having and said it was our dryer. We called an appliance repairman who checked the electricity to the dryer and he said it was the power/electricity. I called Bosworth while he was here. They sent the electrician over and he bent the prongs on the breaker, shoved it into the breaker box to connect it and left. It started sparking when we used the dryer so we called another electrician who replaced the breaker. We were charged for two visits by Bosworth, once by appliance repairman. and again by new electrician. Bosworth is demanding to be paid. I don't think they earned that right. I would not recommend this company for reliable service.
