I had received a price quote from one guy the previous day, and when the job was done, it was almost $100 over the quoted price. I mentioned the previous day's quote (the guy who gave me the quote was there to confirm the quoted price), so they honored it. It was a very good price. If you get a quote, get it in writing since the pricing seems a little arbitrary. They have no place to wait, but they will drive you back home or work in Two Rivers. Based on the work quality and friendliness of the workers, I would go back, but like I said, I'd first make sure there was a documented price quote.

He looked at the OEM cover, stated that it was good material but needed a few alterations and reinforcements of which he performed for only $167. He could have easily sold us a $1500 one. I recently had an issue with an OEM motor cover and stitching. I brought that into him expecting to wait a week or two and pay $30-40 for the repair considering how busy he is. Todd immediately repaired it and charged me nothing, even after offering compensation, that is customer service! We highly recommend his business, he is honest and does outstanding work at a fair price. This is an actual customer experience, not a planted review.

Called and made appointment because was leaking fluid on passenger front side of my 2005 silverado…read more Noticed large wet area in driveway. Explained to Jim it looked like it was leaking from front axel passenger side... maybe a seal. Brought the truck in to appointment 2 weeks later. Got back home from the appointment.. noticed a big wet spot under passenger front side again. Looked under it and fluid still hanging and dripping off the axel , same spot as last time. Called Jim back like wtf. Get told they replaced the rear pinion seal! I got charged $150 to replace a seal I had replaced 2 yrs ago that wasn't even leaking! On top of that I get told... they wondered why I was replacing the seal when it was leaking from the transmission line above the front axel passenger side! Seriously? I tell them I thought it was a seal on the axel passenger side (I'm not the mechanic) and they replace the pinion seal no where near the passenger front side , noticed what was leaking and didn't say hey... this is what's leaking and needs to be fixed! Nope they just replaced and charged me for something that didn't need to be replaced and then want me to make another appointment 2 weeks out to fix what should have been fixed in the first place! NO THANK YOU! YOU ALREADY ROBBED ME OF $150
