They laid out what was going to be done, set expectations for timeline and cost, helped with a rental when Enterprise couldn't (They were over the max my insurance would pay). The car was done much sooner than expected (yay!) and Tommy handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to helping out with the rental car. When I got the car back it looked great. They even touched up some of the other scratches on the car while they were at it. The car was returned in mint condition completely cleaned and beautiful.
