The store is AMAZING recently renovated to maximize space, they have sections for everything which makes finding what you need easier. They have tools by most manufacturers manual and power, canning section, BBQ/Cast iron section, pest control, plumbing, electrical, painting, hardware and accessories. Unfortunately, the items do not fit so they wanted to exchange them. The store didn't have a larger size so they offered her in-store credit. My mother said she doesn't shop there regularly and didn't want in-store credit. She wanted a refund. They told her that "they didn't carry that kind of cash on Sundays" and to return the next day. She was annoyed but did it anyway. She drove the 31 miles back over on Monday and they said they wouldn't offer a refund by cash, check or card. The bald headed guy said to look at the sales receipt which states that refunds will not be issued for anything over $35. This is why people shop online with amazon. You don't have to deal with this type of nonsense.
