He argued back with me - no offer of anything -- basically cold and stood his ground as if I was lying and I even said - "why are you treating me in this manner? I'm not lying" Again - totally refused to do anything else and was not professional and condemning "HAVE A NICE DAY" UNPROFESSIONAL JERK- I called & sent in a formal complaint - no phone calls this so far..... no calls .... The Sephora Store worker was sweet and nice but had no clue on products I wanted. There is street parking and a small parking lot to the left of the store. They also have a passport activity you can use as a day trip experience, whereby you are given a passport to bring to all or some of the branches around the state and have them stamped and signed by an employee. You get a prize halfway through the 19 stores and another at the end. To quote the chain's public relations, it is part of the Maine Adventure!
