We appreciated it, since it was 4 hours from where I lived. We found other things to do in town. After his arrival he pretty much left us alone to wander the store while he got other tasks accomplished. I finally found the necklace that I had been looking for and was so excited. He gave me a decent price on it and I was happy as a clam. That is till I opened the "silver" chain that came with it. He assured me that it was sterling so I figured it just needed cleaning. But with every attempt, using silver cleaning cloth, it wouldn't come clean. I finally decided that it had too much tarnish, so I got a liquid silver cleaner. It is now brown, leaving me to believe it was never real to begin with. I went out and spent another $100 on a real chain that now makes the piece standout. For the price he is charging the necklace should have been removed from the package and clenched and inspected before selling it. I will never go there again.
