They didn't want to hear anything about it or even offer a solution. when The husband called me he said our filter was old and needed replaced anyway, wrong. Called a second pool company who did a great job fixing what these people broke. I asked the new company if my filter needed to be placed, their answer was simple, NO. They went on saying my filter was in excellent condition except for what BZ pools broke.
