The…read morefirst time was following a bike accident where I injured my shoulder and Chelsey Creedon helped me get full mobility back and I've been pain free since those visits. The next time was in 2017 when I was experiencing knee pain where I saw Chelsea again who diagnosed my problem as a torn meniscus but due to insurance requirements I needed several PT sessions and an MRI before I could have surgery. After the knee surgery Chelsea helped me regain full mobility in early 2018. Later in 2018 when I was trying to get back into running shape I suffered severe pain in my left calf and again Chelsey helped me get back to pain free running. The fourth time Chelsey helped me was with golfer's elbow that was a result of my doing pull ups for the first time in decades. In only a few sessions Chelsey helped relieve the pain and get full mobility back but I haven't gone back to the pull up bar yet. The Longmont front office workers were always extremely helpful with scheduling, insurance claims, and were very efficient.

In December 2019, I had an unexpected surgery, which resulted in non weight bearing on my leg and ankle for over 2 months. Needless to say, I needed physical therapy after that surgery and months of non weight bearing. Everyone at this facility has been more than welcoming and understanding of our needs. Most recently with the COVID-19 pandemic, they have bent over backwards to ensure my rehabilitation and recovery continues safely. Even the owner works hands on with the patients, in addition to the many talented, understanding, caring and positive physical therapists and employees. I was so sad about the initial visit but over the weeks of having PT visits a few times a week until today, I can happily say I'm almost back to 100% range of motion and I have gained 8 more pounds of strength!!! Was told that I only owed a $30 copay for each visit, so that's what I paid each time…read more Months after my last appointment, I got a 4-digit bill. At no point was I informed that the copay was in addition to a deductible. I've been working with a benefits specialist who says that it was probably just a matter of "someone not looking at all the 'screens,'" i.e. not fully doing due diligence before giving me cost/billing information. Next time I need PT, I'll make a point to go someplace that prioritizes giving its patients clear and accurate billing information.

A lot of places claim they'll do manual therapy, but then refuse to, just because insurance pays less for manual therapy than for useless exercises. Dr Rob won't force you to do exercises you can't do yet, although he'd get paid more for that by most insurance companies. He actually cares about his patients. I came in with pain from old injuries and arthritis in the injured joints, and now I'm getting much better. Feeling more resilience in both body and mind. The building has good air exchange. It always smells good, and they don't use perfumed products. The waiting room offers coffee with real half & half, and filtered water, too. Yay!

Greg was always willing to answer questions and had a great rapport with my daughter, keeping her motivated with great sessions. The facility is a basic PT open area, but I felt that it met my daughter's progressing ability. The office staff is friendly and the space always organized and clean. They have an online scheduling tool for appointments, reminders, waitlists and billing. It makes managing appointments very easy. They also take insurance. Additionally, my daughter referred me to Ability for dry needling. I worked mainly with Kelsey. She was friendly and professional, I enjoyed her enthusiasm.
