She loved her room and the staff. We feel so blessed that she was in their care during her final days. The entire staff treated her like a queen, made her feel wanted and loved! We searched high and low around the Treasure Valley for a facility my parents could call home. I can't say enough positive things about this facility. The staff is A-MA-ZING! Keri, the director, Jessica, the assistant director, Rochelle the nurse, O.G the chef, and Michelle the activities director; along with the rest of the care givers, have made this difficult transition a positive experience. The facility is beautiful! It looks like Joanna Gaines designed it herself. The food is soooo good. Even my little boys love to visit their grandparents! Children are welcomed and encouraged to visit. There's a 24 hr ice cream parlor. The memory care suites look exactly like assisted living, and every room is private! The staff treat us like family! Love, love, love this place. My parents are very happy there!

Charity will help you with everything you need. She worked tirelessly to find my dad a place that was perfect for him and, more importantly, affordable for us. She does all the hard work from contacting and emailing people to getting their rates and looking into what facilities provide for their residents. Seriously, I was a nervous wreck when I knew my dad needed more help than what was being provided. Not to mention he can be very difficult to get along with. Having Charity only a text away was incredibly convenient and she helped me navigate whatever I needed. I could go on, but I wanted to keep it brief. I highly recommend Charity at Boise Care Connections, she will get it done for you.

My first job in healthcare was as a caregiver on an evening shift at an assisted living facility in the valley. I assisted residents at dinner time and then helped them to bed for the night. At the time, I was in nursing school but had no idea which direction within nursing I wanted to go. I had no idea that tucking elderly people in bed at night would lead me to my passion and calling--SENIOR CARE! 25 years later I've done just about everything in the senior care world including hospital, rehab, assisted living, memory care, personal care service, home health and hospice nursing roles. I have been happily helping families with senior care placement for 6 years. I am connected with just about every senior community in this valley and many wonderful Certifed Family Homes. To utilize my experitse is 100% free for seniors and familes. Working with me ensure a fast and easy process to finding the right senior care community for health needs and budget. My mother, moved into the Pointe on August 24th, 2025 and concerns rose immediately.DO NOT MOVE IN…read moreTO THE POINTE! I will list all that happened and then give details. -Went 11 days without a shower- They said my mom refused-untrue. The staff must of lied to cover themselves. This happened several times, not just once. - Several times was not dressed in the morning until after 10! They blamed my mom for wanting to sleep in but again not true. The staff must of lied to cover themselves. - Over $400 stolen from her room. This was reported to Adult Protective Services and no action was taken from the Pointe and no communication from the Pointe to my mom. -We found a BEDBUG in her room. Their response- They asked us to come get my mom. I explained that my house was not accessible for her wheelchair. They still EVICTED HER! They have BEDBUGS IN THEIR FACILITY AND they handled it by evicting. I do not have bedbugs at my home and therefore the only conclusion is it came from their facility. From the time the BEDBUG was found, they waited 15 days to treat the room. - The administration admitted BEDBUGS were found on my mom's floor a few months ago. They obviously did not get them all. - We purchased a Purewick urine collection system for my mom to use at night so she would not need to get up a night. They would leave urine in it all day in the middle of her living room. Picture attached - We advocated and discussed all of these things multiple times with admin. Their response- They said they could not care for my mom, saying she needed two people in the shower (untrue) and asked us to find a place for her to move. We started looking, but many facilities don't have immediate openings and we were waiting for an opening when she was EVICTED. - The administration admitted that the corporation Grace management would not hire additional staff even though it was obvious it was needed. - The facility moved my mom to a level 6 level of care, claiming she needed two people to shower her, but did not provide two people. My mother refused to sign the paperwork raising her cost and requested time to go over it with me. They charged her anyway. Even though I called several times requesting a discussion. -My mother was not treated with dignity and respect. She was gaslighted several times blaming her when the problem was not hers to own. - During all of the time when a BEDBUG was found in my mom's room, no one from administration tried to talk to my mom. My mom is not suffering from dementia. Her mind works well, and they did not have the common respect to discuss any of their concerns directly with her. When the BEDBUG was found on November 25th until the Eviction on December 3rd, they kept my mom in isolation in the same room where the BEDBUG was found. No one from administration tried to talk to my mom directly. -The Pointe said it is their "policy" to have family come get the resident if BEDBUGS are found in the facility. This is a ridiculous policy and NO OTHER AGENCY HAS THIS AS THEIR POLICY. -My mom suffered mentally from this experience. She was at the Pointe for just over 3 months and was told she is not wanted and that she was the problem. She is still trying to recover. I can't stress enough the importance of staying away from The Pointe at Meridian. Grace Management is profiting off my mom and others without providing the care they deserve. They say they are assisted living, but do not want those that struggle with mobility and need assistance. The administration staff at The Pointe knows this and should not get the classification of assisted living if they will not provide the care. The stress of moving is very high in all people, but even more significant in the elderly population. My mother had to move 3 times in 4 months! The Pointe at Meridian should be held accountable! We have filed grievances with Adult Protective Services, the Ombudsman and with Disability rights. This has been a travesty for my mom and one she did not deserve.

I've waited to…read morepost a review for some type of apology from this place for my mom for our treatment, but the only contact has been to ask for payment for an additional 14 days after his passing, which seems unreasonable and/or criminal to me. It was a few months of on and off hospitalizations for my stepdad, when it was decided that he needed round the clock care. Mom had done a fantastic job keeping him alive and safe, but with his continued falls, it just wasn't possible anymore. As a 100% disabled veteran, he had received excellent care from the Boise VA and St Luke's Meridian. The only VA covered care facility that we thought would work was not the right fit, so we thought the memory care at Table Rock would be better. It started off fine, and the place looks fantastic and smells nice, things that can put you off one of these places. The care was mostly fine, but once he started to really decline, the miscommunication and trouble started. The hospice nurse would come in, make changes to his care, and send the orders through. But this place never got them, they said. They started putting us off when we would ask for a dose of morphine to keep his pain down, because the hospice nurse gave an order for it to be given PRN every hour, but they wouldn't except every four hours. He wasn't speaking at this point, but it's best to keep the doses regular, to not let pain develop, so the hospice nurse recommended. He was also given medication to reduce secretions. When I left my mom and sister with dad to get us lunch on his last day of life, the Executive Director and Head of Nursing burst into the room like Stormtroopers, accusing my family of trying to kill my stepdad, and threatening to call the cops! I came back during the middle of this, which was extremely scary for my 81-year old mom, and upsetting to my sister and me. My sister is in the nursing home industry and was trying to keep him comfortable while he was dying, not withholding water or food! He had choked on a pill given with water for 45 minutes a few days prior, so he was on a not by mouth order, but again the hospice orders did not get through, so Table Rock lazily assumed we were making it up, that he would sit up and say, hey I'm fine? I don't get it. Anyway, my stepdad passed away two hours after the big scary confrontation, while hearing all of this ruckus. My sister has called multiple agencies to complain, and hopefully he will face some consequences for the pain and distress he and his staff caused all of us!!

And then about one hour before my husband passed away was a terrible and outrageous scene in the room. Thanks to what the Administrator did to our family! Bottom line is these people are all about money and not about caring for the vulnerable residents. Do NOT send your loved one there!!!! It's very expensive and very bad!!!!
