They are relatively fair in their allocation distribution, often coinciding with those store pick bottle drops. Michael and the staff are knowledgeable, accommodating, and are passionate about their craft. I've been in line for a few of their bottle drops and appreciate when they come out to provide samples of their offerings. Their prices are a little higher than MSRP for those allocation bottles, but still mostly within reason.

I get that mistakes happen but the bottle should have been honored at the price that was shown on the shelf not a made up price in between just because. I know it's just a couple dollars but its the principle for me and the fact that the man that did the price check tried to say that someone placed that bottle in the wrong spot when it was clearly an error on the store being that the entire row was the same bottle. This is why I normally stick to ABC liquor.

The only way to know if its gone bad is after you open it. I had been a regular customer for several years and am well known to the staff. I've bought over a hundred bottles of this wine, and never returned one. The distributor would have made them good. They deal with this all of the time. Sometimes wine is bad. It happens. Apparently Party Liquors can't be troubled to deal with this. I'll be going to Winn Dixie around the corner from now on.
