Residents should not have to repeatedly contact management to get basic maintenance and common-area problems addressed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Comuneo Services to anyone looking for responsive and effective property management. Management needs to do a much better job of communicating, following through on requests, and actually resolving problems rather than simply acknowledging them.
