Alpine Creative Group specializes in invitations. I came looking for wedding invitations specifically, and they are all very elegant. Some of their papers and styling are particularly heavy, making the invitation a true memento. I particularly like their sketched maps. I find their Pemberley collection, which they are promoting this fall, a little too fancy. It's hard to read the script! I have to share the most wonderful expireience I had with Alpine Creative Group. First, let me start by saying that I am the PICKIEST, most high maintenance bride probably of all time. I have been planning my wedding in great detail since the age of 5 and know EXACTLY what I want. For the past few months I have had the pleasure of working with Molly. When I first met Molly it was our first meeting to design our wedding "Save The Dates." She was super cheerful among introduction and she and I just clicked. She had such a wonderful energy and presence about her. I gave her an idea of what I wanted our "Save the Dates" to look like and she created a design that truly blew my fiancé and I away. She was able to stick with our original idea but enhanced it for a visually stunning effect. (She knows her stuff!) I cannot tell you how many compliments I received from our guests about them. Fast forward to our wedding invitations. My fiancé and I wanted something SUPER modern and chic. We also wanted an original design that would WOW our guests and be the first look into our wedding. Molly recommended mixing different textures with beautiful unique fonts for a STUNNING effect. I left the design elements up to her and I must say she exceeded our expectations and beyond. I just received our wedding invitation sample in the mail today and there are no words to describe how UNBELIEVABLY gorgeous it is. From the calligraphy to the script font to the shimmering paper, everything about this invitation is perfection. I'm so excited to continue to work with Molly and see what she comes up with for our menus and escort cards. Had a special request. They let me in without appointment. My request was a small production (20 units) so too low for them. They redirected me to another store and by the second they finished explaining - I was kicked out. Not very nice as I tried to collect information for the future on what they do. No answer. "Bye. Dear Mona, Steve and Laura, Hope you are all great. I want to share with you my personal experience of receiving my daughter's wedding invitation from Alpine Creative Group. Although I have personally delivered these special boxes to my clients throughout the years, this was my first time receiving them for myself. From the time Mona handed me the shopping bags with these boxes filled with the promise of an invite that would be the opening to my daughter's event, I had no idea how I would feel. I brought them home and laid the boxes out on my dining room table. Each box was beautifully tied with gold french wired ribbon which I carefully pulled off the boxes. How would I feel when I saw the content? As I opened the cover to the first box and looked inside, I had the feeling I was unwrapping something very special. Each packet of papers was immaculately wrapped in white tissue paper, sealed with perfect creases to insure perfect delivery. I began to unwrap the tissue papers with the sensation of unveiling an antique gift. My first tear, careful not rush this, unveiled the invitation. Mona is a genius. She executed this announcement exactly how we envisioned it.... and then some... A perfect cream color card, with the hand and feel of a caramel dessert, sprinkled with gold dusting that would unfold the words to invite my friends and family to the most special day in my daughter's life. The gold ink had a beautiful glisten to it, like an icing on a first snowfall, so subtle. The card itself was exquisitely beveled with the same gold shimmer. The wording layout was beyond what I had thought of, as the proportions of the text and calligraphy were perfectly executed. This wedding invite was 1000 percent perfect for me. All the other pieces of the invitation were exactly created with the same perfection. The calligraphy on the envelopes were artfully written and made each envelope look like a gift. I thought I would be jaded in creating my daughters wedding experience. After 2 decades of doing these events for my clients, how could I feel like it was doing something just for my daughter? If the experience of executing Rachel's wedding is as beautiful this invitation, I am sure to be in for a delightful surprise. ATTENTION BRIDES-TO-BE! - DO NOT USE ALPINE CREATIVE IF YOU WANT TIMELY, STRESS-FREE AND POLITE SERVICE. I would like to share my personal experience and opinion in this review to spare you much unneeded stress in the wedding planning process. Yes, Alpine has beautiful invitations, but if they: 1) do not get the invites out on time (a BIG deal! -- Alpine caused me to have to deal with numerous guests asking me if I had gotten their addresses wrong or if their invitations were returned as they had not gotten their invites on time). That is the last thing a bride wants to be dealing with and it is not the first impression of a wedding you want to give. I went into Alpine's office on a Tuesday and approved the invites that had come in after being printed off-site, got my final address spreadsheet confirmed by the next day - Alpine told me that they would try to get the invites out by the end of that week (but they had some other jobs before mine) but, if not, they would definitely get them out the FIRST thing the next week. It is important to note that they were simply printing the addresses on envelopes for 86 invitations (again, the actual wedding invites had been printed and ready to go), putting one rsvp card in each envelope and putting stamps on them. Friday evening (10 days LATER!!!) at 5pm they were rushing the invites to the post office (and I had to reach out several times to find out the status). This mattered as it was exactly six weeks before the wedding when the invites were FIRST mailed and several were going across the country and even overseas and so people were starting to wonder where the invites were. When I raised this with the owner, Steve, he acknowledged that they had had a problem with their fulfillment department and asked if he could he take me to lunch (I knew him from doing some corporate work for me) as he values his business reputation. There was NO apology. I was stunned. I responded - thanks, but I am just a little busy right now with a wedding in 6 weeks, I think I'll pass on lunch ...); 2) fail to put postage on them - this was a service I paid Alpine extra for- so it was really frustrating to have an invitation returned to me due to lack of postage (and then they had the audacity to claim that it was the postal service's fault and that the postage must have "fallen off" as they have seen that happen at some point in their 25 years of business). Hello... it is 2013, we are not using stamps you lick any more - the stamps they used are the sticker kind which anyone who has ever used them knows tear an envelope the minute they are removed in any fashion - the stamp did NOT fall off. I actually tried putting on one of their stamps with one of the wedding envelopes once I got the unused invites back from Alpine - the extremely delicate/fine paper on the wedding envelope showed that a stamp had previously been there immediately (I put it on for 2 seconds then took it off - you could see the difference in the texture and you could feel it with your finger - the envelope returned to us for lack of postage was smooth and pristine in the right hand corner) - but neither the owner nor his extremely unresponsive and unprofessional associate, Barbara, could even acknowledge for a second the possibility that they overlooked putting stamps on the returned invite in their rush to get our overdue project out the door. NOPE - they stuck to the story that the sticker-type stamps must have fallen off and there was never even a hint at an apology; 3) do not return your emails for DAYS and make you follow up several times when there is something pressing like knowing if your invites have gone out (and sometimes simply NEVER responding) - totally unprofessional. And I promise, I was one of the most laid back brides you will ever meet, but knowing if your invite went out is pretty important; and 4) are incredibly rude to you ... then what good are beautiful invites? Trust me, you will have more than enough stress putting your wedding together, you do not need stress with your wedding invitations. I expected that I was in the hands of professionals and that the invites would be the easy part!! As one other reviewer wrote on here, they are just plain rude and disrespectful (and that reviewer was lucky that they moved on and went somewhere else). I was so fortunate to have a fantastic caterer, a wonderful photographer and good band and that my only RUDE, INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL vendor was Alpine. There are other great printers in the city - research them! (Paper Presentation happens to look excellent for wedding invites...). Good luck! Worst place ever. Don't bother if u want wedding invitations. Rude staff. No one answers the phone. We walked by to check it out and the woman very rudely told us it's by appointment only. I am obsessed with Alpine! They have the most unique, special, amazing invitations and other paper goods and can do absolutely anything you dream up. Their showroom is full of such beautiful and one of a kind samples and I get lost in it every time I go there. I have been working with Gloria who is so beyond helpful. She is so fun to work with has great ideas. I have changed my mind about so many things so many time and she keeps me focused and I have ended up with just what I envisioned for my Save the Dates and Invitations. I think I am a tough critic and can be pretty hard to please and Alpine (and Gloria) have gone above and beyond to make my invitations just perfect. I highly highly recommend them! read more

My experience with Alpine Creative Group was incredible. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all of my wedding paper/invitations/thank you notes. Mona, at Alpine, did not miss a beat! I explained the look I was going for and she executed my vision perfectly. The invitation was so impeccable that we used the monogram on all of our paper goods the night of the wedding. People were calling me nonstop when they received each new invite-save the date/invitation/rehearsal dinner and even my thank you notes were special. They are geniuses at getting the artistic idea that lives in your head out onto the page in a way that really shines. Alpine Creative is wonderful! My wedding invitations were beautiful. They also provided custom escort cards, table numbers, menus, church programs and monogrammed cocktail napkins and bathroom towels. Mona's expertise and guidance let me to exactly what I envisioned! Alpine took care of everything from stuffing each wedding invitation with response cards and hotel information, to stamping and mailing out each invitation.
