I called their service department and eventually spoke to Tylor asking for assistance about resetting the outside thermometer that was stuck at 74 degrees on a 95 degree day on my year-old GMC truck. I was hoping for a simple possible solution that didn't involve wasting my time and theirs. In the middle of asking about options, he just hung up on me! If I had done that to a customer during my 40+ years in service, I would have been written up or worse! It turned out that while driving down to the dealership, the thermometer reset on its own. Buyer Beware I saved up for years to buy a nicer truck, was so excited. Test drove a 2023 Ram 1500. Told them my budget, basically paid full asking for truck, which was fine. All I asked for was my older 2002 Silverado to cover all of the taxes and dealership fees. Manager came back and said deal. Literally five months go by, and I get a call from their title department (compete mess) saying that they cant complete the registration for the vehicle until I pay the taxes on it. WTF!? I purchased a vehicle in 12/2024 from this dealership. I had the worst experience with the salesman. He was not helpful at all; he showed me some used vehicles that I was not impressed with. He wasted a lot of my time showing me vehicles I was not interested in. I ended up finding a vehicle on my own. So, I traded in my other vehicle for a Buick Envista. I recently received some text messages from the dealership stating that they have employee pricing right now and would I consider trading in my vehicle if the numbers made sense. I was surprised I was receiving messages to trade in my vehicle, and I've only had less than two years. I was texting them back and they scheduled me an appointment. I really was not interested in purchasing another vehicle. I went in just to see what they had to say. I went in and let the salesman know I had an appointment with the sales manager. When he went to look on the computer to see if I had an appointment and there was not any appointment for me. The salesman I delt with was awful also asking me unnecessary questions. He went to get his sales manager. And I walked out of there. Please if you ever decide to purchase a vehicle do not go to Alpine Buick GMC. Your sells person is going to squeeze every penny they can because they are con artists and will do their best to get you on the most expensive plan through their loan company. Imagine getting work done that took 6 months to complete and still having issues with the same thing you brought to them which they claimed they fixed yet still an issue years later. Try to get an appointment with them and of course they'll take you but don't expect any help from the worthless loan supervisor that literally can't get anything right. I purchased a 2025 car today at this dealership and paid just under $40k for it. After handing purchasing the car and I'm sitting in the car preparing the drive it away, I'm informed that there is only one key. This incredibly disappointing to be informed after the fact when buying an almost new car. Furthermore, it's a safety concern since someone else therefore has a key to my car. After stressing the importance of making this right to the dealership, I was advised that the car is sold "as is". It also makes me fearful as to what else I wasn't told about the car. Service department use to be good back when I purchase my truck, but I recently went in to get my truck diagnosed under warranty, and the short guy attended me I believe his name was Andrew, he was incredibly rude, not even a minute into the conversation he was asking if I wanted to work with another advisor. He immediately said I didn't have warranty even though I purchased extended warranty and then when I had to correct him he said I could go to another GMC dealer to get my truck fixed. When I asked him if he thought I should do that he said it was up to me. I understand we have bad days but this is not the first time this same guy has caused problems to me and my dad when he brought in one of his trucks for repairs. If your service advisors are telling high paying customers to go take their money elsewhere it's not going to end well for this GMC dealer with a bunch of bad reviews already. read more

I've always dreamed of buying a new vehicle and couldn't wait to pick out my new truck. I loved the 2500 SLT, but I absolutely had to have an outlet I bought the truck and in the contract they said they would install an outlet in the bed of the truck turns out that truck's wiring harness it's not allowed and they would not install it. This sounds minimal, but it's something I absolutely needed it in my truck. After that, I've had nothing but issues with service. They've kept my truck for multiple days at multiple times never even looking at it. They're horrible to deal with and rude. I'm now getting my truck serviced at a different Chevy dealership and has been so amazing. Trust me do not go to this dealership. read more

Alpine Buick GMC told me to have it detailed and they would cover the cost. I spent $250 on a detail and still no word back from the dealership. Bought 2024 Terrain buying experience was okay, it all came after. Told I would get an extra fob and tank of gas also it had been looked over and serviced. After I got it home there was a big oil spot on driveway. Checked oil life and found it at 18% so had it towed back. Service added a oil cap and a quart of oil and salesman gave me a fob that I would have to pay $225 to have programed. Oil life still at 18%. In the end I ended up with an extra fob that did not work, no tank of gas and a car that had not been checked over with old no life oil. I bought a used 2024 Toyota here, and they did not disclose at all throughout the buying process that the car only has 1 key. How does a car that is 1 year old only have 1 key? Why did they not get the second key from the old owner? Aren't people supposed to turn in both keys when trading in a car?? Once I established that they needed to get the second key, there has been an extreme lack of effort to get the second key from the old owner, as well as a willingness to get a second key from a nearby Toyota dealership. Luckily it's a Toyota, but boy have I had a struggle getting them to do a small paint correction I was promised date of sale, by my sales person who, no longer works here (go figure), then it amazingly didn't make it onto my WE OWE, my mistake for not verifying. Regardless, it took me multiple months of dealing with their god awful service department (Ali is especially terrible to deal with) just to come in on a Monday at 10AM (the paint repair specialist is only in on Wednesdays) to be told to come back Wednesday at 10AM. All of this aside, Ray the sales manager ended up making it right for me and Aiden in service was especially pleasant to interact with. These guys don't know shit about cars. Their well dressed snakes sell them out front, back office is a cluster fu k. They especially suck at servicing what they sell. Extent of the service advisors knowledge was about an oil change. Their advisors (especially Fernando) are clueless, communicate poorly, and lie to your face. I scheduled a service appt for a 2023 sierra denali with a leaking break pedal booster (shout out to GM on that build quality!) I scheduled a warranty appt and sent them a pic of the issue 3 days before dropping truck off - see below. Diagnosis took less than 2 hours, as I pretty much did that myself. Fernando told me Wednesday AM, he would get it done by end of the week. No communication or response until 1 pm Friday that they couldn't get the repair done, No help scheduling an appointment at another dealer, and shit customer service. It's my problem to get fixed, they already got their sale. Stand behind your dam product like the rest of us do! And treat your customers like people. Will never go to this dealer ever again! They told me to submit application under business they said yes no issue we will get it done. 6 hours later they Gaffer texted me " give me a call " that's all he said. Oh well I called and he said hold on line I'm add Brittany on the line. She said sir we need add you as personal Information Under the application so we can approve your application. I told her my business do $3 million and I'm sure no issue then she said " ok let me call GM FINANCIAL" to see what can I do. Next day she email me sending the link for personal credit application but no call no text to mention what's going on from GM. I decided to give her call and ask what's going on she said we need you information I told her I'm out of state and I need to come in do all the paper work but I will put in $1000 as a deposit she totally denied that. She said we need to put you information in order to sell this vehicle. I told her ok I will do this later today as I was business with my work. Before I filled out the application I messaged her and Gaffer and they both said ok fill out the application. Right away they pulled my credit and 1 min later I received message from gaffer that vehicle is sold already. This is the worst dealership EVER. They called and emailed relentlessly. First the manager emails me on my inquiry that they have the car and when can I come in. Then I get 3 texts bothering me to set an appt. which I agreed to. I agreed to a noon appointment and they set me for 11:00. Then the day of the appt. the same manager calls again to make sure I am coming in. Then proceeds to call 2 more times when I was running late as I was coming in at noon not 11:00. I arrive and the manager comes out and tells me the car is at another dealership down south. He then runs away and leaves me with a poor salesman who has to explain why they harassed me for days to come in and when I do the car is not even there. I get a follow up from the general manager that night and when I express my frustration I get no reply. This place sucks. Avoid the harassment and misrepresntations that the car is in. Last summer (2022), we took our enclave in because the AC wasn't working. They had the car for a couple weeks. When we picked it up, the AC worked. As it got colder, we noticed the heat wasn't working. We had our car in for other repairs (alternator seized up) and asked for a price to replace the blending door actuators for the front (the rear heat worked just fine). They quoted us $1900 which is ridiculous...so we decided to not have the repair done. After getting the car back (new alternator, new BCM, and new air bag module), we decided to replace the actuator doors ourself. We got both off just fine, however, we were unable to manually turn the doors...they were completely stuck. After doing some research, I found that when this happens, it is usually because the dash was not re-assembled correctly (all the parts were not fitted correctly). When the AC was fixed (summer of 2022), they had to tear the dash apart to determine the cause. When they put the dash back together, they did a sloppy job which caused the actuator doors to get pinched. Our heat still doesn't work and now...because Alpine didn't put our dash back together correctly...we will have to pay to have the dash torn apart. We haven't been back to Alpine since. We have taken our business elsewhere. read more

If I could give it a zero star, then I would. Alpine GMC sold me a 2021 Jeep Compass that failed the inspection on brakes and tires. I was guaranteed that it has passed all multi-inspection, INCLUDING tires!! A week after I bought the Jeep, I took it to Jiffy Lube to do an inspection, and they failed my brakes, so they were nice enough to stop so they don't have to charge me for the inspection. I took the Jeep to Brake Plus and got new brakes, cost me almost $300. Next day, I took the car back to Jiffy Lube again for another inspection, and they failed my front two tires for being almost flat treads. Apparently, Alpine GMC installed two Firestone tires on the back and left two almost flat Walmart tires in the front. Who puts two different brand tires on 4WD car? I live on the mountain where it snows a lot, trying to get me killed? Now, I am a little concerned about the car, so I call Alpine, and explained above mention details. They asked me to bring the car in, so they can do their "inspection". After inspection, Alpine GMC told me the inspection was passed in July ( I bought it in October), and gave me the "As is" BS that the sells manager did not approved. Whatever, I am a business owner, I buy two cars every six months for my business usage, I will take the loss for the Jeep and NEVER go back to that place! Oh yea, when I was purchasing the Jeep, I went into finance manager's office, we started all nice and cool, but when I declined the GAP insurance, the manager's face went from a happy person to "your a retard" face, and the attitude totally changed. It was very disrespectful, and I felt so uncomfortable sitting in his office, I just wanted get this done ASAP and get the hell out. The sales lady was great and I am still planning on ordering both a 3500 and Yukon XL. Her knowledge was fantastic. Her attitude was great. Seriously a pleasure to work with and the entire sales team seemed willing and ready to make sales. After being ignored at other lots when I show up in my wheelchair I choose to come on a day when I could walk without it and when my pain level was lower than normal. My chief concern is that once you make it into the store it is almost impossible to use the store if you are in a wheelchair. They seem to think either disabled people do not buy cars or they would prefer they shop someplace else's. I have shown up several times when I needed to use my chair and have been unable to leave my vehicle as every disabled parking either has a new car waiting to be sold or has an employee's car in it. I once was asked to reload my wheelchair and get back in my car and move it when I parked behind a non-disabled employee parked in a disabled parking space. My understanding is that it is top-performing salespeople and the sales managers that are allowed to use the disabled parking to the side and that disabled parking up front is reserved for new trucks being offered. If you are able-bodied this is a great dealership. If you are disabled I would avoid it. read more

Had my car towed in on a Friday for a broken transmission cable shift. They told me they might not get to it until Monday or Tuesday. Left voice mails for service advisor Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the following week to check status. Finally returned my call on Thursday to tell me the repair would be $940 and they didn't have the part and it would be a few more days. I told service advisor that I was going to have it towed out to another place. They seemed surprised that after 6 days, I was taking my business elsewhere. I ended up getting it done for $12 (all it needed was a bushing). They charged me a $220 diagnostic fee before releasing the car to the tow truck driver. I chalked it up to live and learn but when the tow truck driver arrived he pointed out that they left the dashboard unassembled. The battery was also dead. I am used to being ripped off by GMC dealers but have never seen petty, childish retaliation. read more

I bought a brand new Sierra 1500 December of 21. The whole process was like pulling teeth, they kept switching salespeople for whatever reason, and then didn't give me what they promised they would for trade. Fast forward 2 years and my truck left my stranded downtown. Had to get a tow truck, get my infant baby safe, get my truck towed just for them to find a way around my warranty, claiming an accessory installed 2 years ago caused the failure and declined my warranty even though the failure had NOTHING to do with the accessory. The service advisor, Andrew, wanted to argue about something he clearly did not understand. They charged me 2 hours to install a battery cable, I got my truck back with burnt out lights, absolutely filthy and they threw away the old parts that I PAID FOR!! I love my truck, but I'm going to trade it the second I get the chance if I can't count on my dealer or warranty to do the work. read more
