The FIRST time I got my car back everything they replaced was so OUT OF ALIGNMENT with body and door lines I had to return it to be fixed. It was absolutely bad and unacceptable, NOTHING LINED UP. Then, I had to return it a SECOND time because the repair work that was done on the left front steering locked up and almost shot me OFF THE ROAD when making a right hand turn! The car had to be towed into the shop for the 2nd time. They missed that a part was stripped and needed replaced. I was without my car on two occasions for a month or more each time! NOW, my drivers side door that was replaced by Caliber Collision in Lebanon does not lock or unlock. I was told they took parts out of my old car door and put them in the USED car door they replaced it with due to "alignment" issues. Now, they want to RUN IT THROUGH my insurance again for a THIRD TIME because the parts that THEY moved around are not working!! So, it will cost me money again from the insurance usage and my rates will go up again for something that was not done correctly when they gave me a USED door on my 2019 Cadillac which should of been replaced with a NEW DOOR! As far as I know they didn't hook up the door lock parts and pieces correctly and something is now fallen off or loose!! They are going with the lock is warn out, ALL MY OTHER DOORS WORK BEAUTIFULLY!!!! Just the junk work done on the replaced door that Caliber Collision did is what's not working!!! They should take the door panel off and inspect the work THEY DID and fix it! My car is newer and the parts are NOT worn out. This is a mistake by the Company that put the used parts together! It's just another way for them to charge customers over and over and over again each time they have to come back in!! NEVER GO TO THIS location!!! THEY DO NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!! I will be paying a repair facility to do the work so I never have to deal with this Company again!! - Mary

Sorry I have to give a one star as my final review. I went to them for 2 different reasons (within…read more3 months) and they did a great job, so that would be 4-5 stars BUT I stopped by 2 weeks ago about a burned left blinker and they were supposed to call me - FAIL, no call back. Then I called again about a engine oil leak (they had told me was a no rush about 2 months ago) that now needed attention and again no call back - FAIL - so that took it down to a one star. Now I will go elsewhere for my auto needs and I will not change the one star rating. So just know yes they do a pretty good job IF they call you back!

STAY AWAY FROM MILLER'S AUTO REPAIR!!!!…read more My Durango wouldn't start and I asked Miller's Auto Repair to find out what was wrong. I had the Durango towed in for my scheduled appointment yet my SUV sat for days before any looked at it. Eventually I was told that I needed a rotor and cap plus new spark plugs. $477 later and the SUV was still not running properly. After arguing with the mechanic he agreed to look at the Durango again, this time he informed me of the loose battery connections (which existed when he first looked at the vehicle) which he failed to notify me of in the beginning, and started listing numerous things wrong with my vehicle that he found the 1st time he looked at it. During this 2nd trip to the shop the mechanic was digging through the personal property in the back of my Durango. Guess he should have paid more attention to his surroundings! In short if you value your vehicle, privacy, and property STAY AWAY FROM MILLER'S AUTO REPAIR!!!!

I brought my car in because it was making a weird noise. They called back gave me a list of…read moreproblems including what they said the noise was. From there I chose what I wanted and didn't want fixed from the list they gave me. They said max would be $1200 to $1400 total and I said ok if it is more I need to know BEFORE and I would like a closer to an exact price they secretary said no problem I'll give you a call back later today she NEVER called. I called them through out the course of a few days never once did they answer or attempt to call me back. They finally called and said your cars done it'll be $1850!!!!!???? They were trying to charge me for things THEY BROKE and the labor it took for them to fix their mistake. They dropped my bill to $1756 when I got there but that's still a lot more then the $12 to $1400 that I didn't consistent for them to go over. So anyways I paid it and my boyfriend got in the car to drive home to find out it's making the SAME NOISE I TOOK IT IN FOR. They did fix a few other things but they were the cheaper jobs. The job they did to fix "the noise" was $1200 or so alone. They said we'll pull it In and get it figured out. They never called I called again over the course of a few days never got a call back never got an answer. I had my aunt call to see if they'd answer a different number just a couple minutes after I tried they answered right away. I thought it was very unprofessional and I feel SCAMMED and I threw away $1200 for nothing. The day I picked it up they tried to blame me for telling them to fix it saying I gave them a list and that's what they followed. I did NOT give them a list of problems to Fix. I gave them a list of things to CHECK because I knew a few things that needed fixed and wanted them checked to see what they thought on TOP of the noise because I didn't know what the noise was other than it was coming from the front of the vehicle maybe the engine I thought but wasn't sure and asked them to FIGURE OUT what the noise was. And there was only ONE noise. From there they called and gave me a list of issues they found and verified some of the other issues I thought needed checked including WHAT THEY SAID the noise was, THEY SAID the exhaust manifold was the noise I was hearing. They had my car for around 3 months for it to not be fixed and to scam me out of $1200. I'm very disappointed.

When I picked up the truck the front nose clip and engine bay was covered in oil, my light bars were disconnected, and the shop minions had to jump it in the parking lot to start it so I could drive away. The truck has had nothing but problems since I got it back. Found out most of the injectors were bad causing the engine to run rough after he tested them and said they were good. Dan had also told me that it would take 2 weeks and it took him over 4 months to complete. Dan would never answer his phone, texts, or voicemails during the course of this time, and I had to drive down there 6 separate times just to get ahold of him. My brother and two friends both have had similar experiences with Dan over the course of the last year. Avoid at all costs if you don't want ripped off.

Highly recommend the team at Les Schwab in Lebanon…read more New rims & tires for winter driving! Just in time for several thousand miles this winter carrying my family over the mountains. Conn, Harley and Julian did an incredible job from quote to payment. Harley and Julian may not always have their name tag on right, but getting to know someone through conversation is better than going by what's on their jacket lol Conn was great at helping me find the right rim and tire while being respectful of my budget. The focus on customer success instead of product sales made it real easy for me to pull the trigger on a big investment. Harley straight killed it by managing to get locked lugnuts off without a key. No damage to my summer rims! We worked together to add some challenging wheel wells for a nice clean look. Julian stayed diligent in the long task of swapping out my tires. Building the rims right out of the box, adding the rubber and TPMS perfectly. The work isn't easy and requires detail and attention.

First, I want to thank the manager Aaron for knowing his products and warranty process. Without him…read morethey would have lost a long erm customer today. I rolled in with two of their branded ST trailer tires falling apart, the first guy said no road hazard warranty because they are ST type tires, then the next person said no warranty because they don;t have a way to track mileage. In both cases I said these are not worn out, they are failing under your road hazard warranty and was basically told that doesn't count for ST tires. So I asked to see the Manager and Aaron came out and I explained what was going on and he said so whats the problem? I said well I thought I would be given some warranty under the road hazard program and he said yes so what is the problem and I said well two people have said I don't get any warranty... He said NOT TRUE, and proceeded to calculate the remaining road hazard warrnty on the two tires and credited me a significant amount. My only comment to Aaron is that some training is needed regarding the lower quality ST tire warranty with his people but he did an outstanding job and trained one of the techs right there on the job. Thank You
