Good company to have audio system done. I mine done over 10 years ago and had them back this week…read moreto get an upgrade the technician was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very happy with the service and I recommend using their company for audio service work.

I went to Quicksilver when I was contemplating a major upgrade to my home theater/entertainment…read moresystem. Kathy first sent her two installers to my home to take measurements and do a basic assessment of what would be required. She sent me three system configurations, each at a different price point. After I reviewed these, I met Kathy at her store, and she showed me some of the components she had spec'ed out. I made my decision and paid for most of the hardware. I opted for a change between that day and the eventual install, and that added to the final price. One service that Quicksilver offers that will be unknown at the Big Box is careful tuning of the components before installation. Kathy unpacks the new stuff, adjusts the settings to render the best picture and sound possible, and repacks it for the installers. The same installers arrived at the agreed-on time and spent about a day and a half at my home. They removed the old system components, installed a new electrical outlet behind the new TV, and configured all the components to work together properly. Their installation was much cleaner than the old one had been. They removed all the packing material and other debris from my home. Quicksilver deals in mostly enthusiast-level, high-end components. With a few exceptions, you won't see the same merch on sale at Best Buy. Everything is top quality, and you'll probably pay more than you would at a Big Box store, but you will wind up with a top-shelf system. I'm very happy with the choices I made, both in the components and the merchant.

Had an issue with the low pressure shut off sensor on our Departments slip unit going bad. Started…read moreleaking water and would shut the unit down when switched to the low pressure shut down. Got number off the part and got one at a local parts store. Did not work. Found one on e-bay that had same specs as the original one. It did not work correctly either. Contacted Cascade Fire and was put in touch with a service tech named Ulises. Texted back and forth quite a bit giving him information. From what he thought due to the sensor replacements it might be a relay issue as well. Went to a local parts store and bought one. It did not fix the problem, and after sending the tech a picture of it he said that it was an incorrect one as there are three different relays under that number and that he would send out the correct one for us. Received it and installed it with the results being the unit still not working right. After more questions from him he sent us a wiring diagram for our unit. Using that we thought it was that the sensors we had bought were incorrect as they were wired to shut off under pressure. Told Ulises their tech what we had found out and he sent us the one they use in their units. Switched it out and it worked correctly! Long story short go right to the Manufacture and get the right parts to begin with. Would have saved lots of time doing that. Cascades Tech was very informative as well as helpful. He took lots of time to help figure out the problem we were having. Definitely going the extra mile as they say. Our Department, Elk Creek Volunteer Department will be using Cascade Fire Equipment in the future for all of our slip unit parts. Paul, Captain and truck manager
