I said $300 sounded reasonable and Steve said he could do that. Told him it was no hurry. Within a week received several calls from the installer. The information he was given was incorrect including was told to reconnect the abandoned well I repeatedly said not to during original estimate. Got it done quickly once we got it straight. Quoted for a 40 amp connection, billed $500 for a 60A and installed a 20A! Called Steve when I got the bill. Said he quoted me $400 not $300 and didn't think it was a big deal to add additional $100 because the idiot neighbor complained to him as he doesn't like that I have an easement. Dropped it to $400 and I still have to rewire it to get back the 40 amp feed.

Jeff also raised our weatherhead for our shop. The wire was hanging too low. Jeff was always here when he said he would be and did an excellent job. They were able to get it installed quickly and they did it right. It looks great and works great. We had a slight problem with it ice damming on our carport and they came up the mountain in January and put up a plate that does prevent the problem. We will definitely use again.
