Alphaland has great amenities. My Husband has been a member for a while here and I decided to join him for their car show event. This place is huge and they are still building and adding more to the facility. Love the Chiropractor on site and Sauna. I am part of a CrossFit gym and there is an area that has most of the equipment we use. Bathrooms smelled good and were clean. In each area there are cleaning wipes and towels to clean equipment or wipe the sweat off your body. The Staff at the front desk are friendly and there to answer questions. I love that on my first visit there was no app to download which is a plus for me! One suggestion is since the facility is so big, it would be nice to have a button where members can press to notify Staff if there is a problem or they are having trouble with the machine. If this gym was not so far from our house I would have signed up.

Finally made it out here to experience the gym. Was pretty impressed on the size and the amount of things they have within the location. Gym itself is a bit smaller than I anticipated , but they really do have a wide variety of things to exercise and experience. Outside gym is really nice and has a lot to offer, but it is very hot and muggy within the area. Parking lot was a bit smaller , but it was empty. We did show up earlier in the day around 8am and on a Thursday so i assume the crowd won't be in till later in the afternoon. Favorite machine had to be the free weight benches. Really nice Angle and back support for doing shoulders and any sort of incline exercises. I definitely had to purchase one of the shirts since they do have a store located inside the gym itself ! Got me a plain black shirt with just the Alphaland Logo, and great quality shirt. Any fellow gym colleagues should definitely pay a visit out here when they're in town.

I work out here pretty regularly. Overall I really like the gym. It's close in proximity to my house and it works for me. Here are some positive aspect about this gym: 1. Many of the people working out here are very serious about working out. They're bodybuilders, powerlifters, fitness influencers, trainers - you name if - they're here. You will see a lot of shredded and very muscular men and women, this can serve as good motivation and inspiration. You can feed on this energy for sure. 2. There are multiple gyms to choose from. Gym 2 is usually the gym with all the serious lifters and influencers etc, it's the hot gym, kind of reminiscent of a box gym. Garage doors open, the open breeze flowing through. The machines here are old with simple mechanics- but that's how we like it - tried and tried and true - if it ain't broke don't fix it! You can also access the basketball court and soccer field easily from here. There is a mobility stretch room in the back right corner. Gym 1 is the posh-y gym. (This gym is cold) I would say you see the same aesthetic in this gym, but it give Lifetime Fitness vibes - like the traditional commercial luxury gym. This is where you get photo ops, has the "AlphaLand" wall that you will see in most pictures on social media. Also this gym is where all of your cardio equipment is, upstairs. There are lots of newer machines with new innovative concepts compared to gym 2. There is a huge mirrored room here that is great for posing, or practicing routines, group classes, stretching, cycles etc. Gym 3 is the smallest gym in the back. You have to trek from Gym 2. Very unsuspecting. I was told this gym was a tribute to the Original Alphalete Gym - the prototype. It's small, literally the size of a garage, minimal equipment. I call this the "hideaway gym" - literally if you don't want to workout in front of other people. Selection here is very limited. But there are POSING ROOMS here and mirrored rooms, two well lit rooms. I hope I'm not shooting myself in the foot by exposing this. That is what brings me to Gym 3. 2. There is food - AlphaEats. It's expensive. It's hit or miss. I'm a Yelp Elite and I make it my business to dine at Houston's finest restaurants. This isn't it. But it gets the job done. Have you ever been famished after working out and need a meal ASAP. Yeah, check. Also there is a huge dining area and cabana where you can sit and relax, read, get work done. Talk with your videographer, coach or personal trainer. 3. There is shopping. Lots of shopping. Like a mini shopping mall. Alphalete, UNAKA and Buff Bunny. So if you don't like those brands, sorry. If I forget shorts or a bra in my gym bag and I don't mind losing $40 I'll buy an article of clothing here. The selection is pretty impeccable. If you're a shopaholic this is an advanced warning. 4. They have a chiropractor. Alpha Chiro, Dr Laken Stamps is so sweet and thorough. She's the best get adjusted after your session, she also does cupping and dry needling too. 5. The bathrooms and lighting are the BOMB. Hello! That's all I have to say. The negative things about the gym: - There are no saunas or sweat rooms/ice rooms. Kind of strange, because for a gym this size and standard, you would think... but let me be honest. I'm a box gym type girl - I've been an athlete all my life and I don't need saunas and hot rooms or whatever you call it - but some people would like that so I was confused not to see it. - There is no pool. Can't swim laps here, sorry. - There are lots of cameras. Now, I don't mind, but I know some people do. It can get a little annoying trying to step around someone's photoshoot or video. There are a lot of videographers and photographers propping up high-level equipment that you don't want to knock over so be careful. This is mostly in Gym 2 so if you hate that stick to Gym 1 or even better Gym 3, just stay out of my posing room. - Service at AlphaEats can be really slow. There is a need for speed here, expect to wait for 20-25 mins for a basic plate or smoothie. - There is a lot of dead space/ storage in the parking lot. What is all of that? Tear that down and give us more showers, saunas, a swimming book, a track to run on. Just seems like weird wasted space. Why do you need that much storage.... [insert conspiracy theories here] lol. So that just about sums it up. Like I said, I chose this gym. I like it. Chris Guzman continues to update the gym constantly so I wouldn't be surprised if he rolls out new advancements in 2023. Check it out, day pass is $25 for 24 hours - literally a dollar an hour :)) if that makes it better. Follow my fitness journey at @youngwestafricanMom on Instagram if you're feeling spicy!

Alphaland is the best gym I've ever been to. Period. While the original Alphalete gym in Stafford was cool, the "land" in Alphaland is so much more than I expected. This place is HUGE! From the second you park, there's Alphaland signs all over like it's an adult playground of a gym. Walking in, there's immediately the store where you can buy Alphalete apparel, Ever Forward, Inaka Power, Buffbunny, and more. You then walk through the famous light tunnel that everyone takes a video of, and you're transported into the 1st of 3 gyms. Gym 1 is the indoor air conditioned gym, locker rooms, tons of equipment, dumbbells, machines, mirrors, small black turf area, and an upstairs cardio section. There's then an AlphaEats area where you can order food, tables to get work done, outdoor courtyard, then sprint area where they have 3 different inclined ramps to run up. Onto gym 2, this is your "outdoors" covered gym. No A/C, but all the big gym doors are open, plenty of fans and mirrors, and great natural lighting. Come here if you're wanting to PR on your big lifts and get a good sweat at the same time. There's so much equipment here, it really did feel like a lifters' paradise. Tons of squat racks, deadlift platforms, and bench presses. Going outside, you'll see a couple boxing stations with heavy punching bags, 2 seperate basketball courts, open concrete area, and a full grass soccer field. From here you'll see the smaller, but still very nice gym 3. Gym 3 is another covered "outdoors" gym that just feels a little more private. Come out here if you're just wanting to get in the zone away from most other people. The locker rooms are clean, towels/toiletries provided, and the showers have amazing water pressure. Don't forget they sell all different kinds of preworkout, protein, supplements, and protein bars as well. This particular visit we didn't see any big fitness influencers because of how early we went to the gym, but be on the lookout because a ton of them are regulars here. Go hit your PR's and have a great time doing it!

Best gym I've ever been to! For a $30 day pass you get access to an aesthetically pleasing and huge fitness center. I played basketball and got a lift in both gyms. There is also a lounge and restaurant called alphalete. They tell you the macros if you want to know your protein and carb intake.

Stop here while on a trip to Houston. My bf and I got a day pass and had sooo much fun here! We went during a not so busy day so plenty of space and open machines/bars/etc. The locker rooms are so cool! Don't need to bring a lock. So many gym areas! They have food and sell other gym necessities there too. You can rent stuff out as well. Overall a really fun day and worth the day pass.

The gym is nice, front desk sometimes says hi, sometimes doesn't. Lately the maintainence on the gym hasn't been that great. Lockers were out of order for months before it was fixed. Shower dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is constantly out or broken. I shouldn't have to bring my own considering the membership is $110. The positives to the gym is they have good equipment. They try to make events to bring people together. This gym also has a bunch of people putting their tripods all over the dumbbell walk way, which is incredibly annoying and inconsiderate.

I love it here. Everyone is so nice compared to other gyms. You would expect it to be the opposite.

There was seating for the spectators that didn't get in. Life time provided the life vests and a lifeguard for the party. Each kid had to have a guardian in the water which was not a problem. The two young adults helping us made sure to take care of everything. They helped us set up, passed out pizza and cleaned up the decorations when we went to the pool. They had all the gifts and stuff packed up on a cart and helped us take it outside. Great place for a kids pool party.
