I think the reason front desk staff can behave this way is because they know that they can get away with bad behavior and they have the support of the Administrator and providers. He suggested that I should have a procedure and I was quickly scheduled. At the time of the procedure, Dr. Rattan came to my bedside and consulted with me while providing all the answers to questions I had. At every step I felt like I was in good hands. I remembered an awful procedure 12 years ago and had refused to go back, even though I did not know the doctor and it was not fair to compare him to someone else. The process is hyper-efficient, as Dr. Chesley is very popular. Everyone has a great rapport with the patients. He moves quickly, but he offers to answer questions, the receptionist will answer questions, the nurses will answer questions ... you get the idea. One complaint: I know the room needs to be cold, but it took three blankets to keep me warm while I waited for the procedure. I have notoriously small veins, but two women worked at it for a good while to make it work! I applaud them. I highly recommend Dr. Chesley and his staff.
