Right Choice Limos comes as a full package; they provided balloons for my event as well as beverages of my choice, they even went as far as to get my daughter specialty napkins for the event that said "sweet 16" in her colors!! My wedding was this past Saturday, September 12th, my plan was to leave the bridal salon with my…read moremother and pick up my father for a father-daughter reveal at my house prior to the church and that did not happen. After the party bus left the bridal salon with my bridal party, the antique car would not start. My driver did not seem to be concerned about the timing or how I was feeling... He ended up calling one of the staff members eventually on how to even start the vehicle. I paid a great amount of money to make sure this day ran smoothly and that being said I had to go straight to the church without picking up my father for my reveal. I had to call my father and tell him to find his own way to the church since we were, by that time, running 15-20 minutes behind and I did not want to risk being late to my own church ceremony. I was disappointed since I wanted those father-daughter moments captured with my photographers who I also had to direct to meet me at the church instead. I was extremely stressed and the driver did not seem apologetic nor try to offer any reassurance to keep me calm at all whatsoever. I had to take it upon myself to pull out my mother's phone to navigate our way to get to the church to then give him directions while the driver had it on his own phone but simply could not follow it. The driver also asked if I was able to take another route before reaching the highway which would have made us even more late to the church yet still did not even know where to go. I'm extremely disappointed and upset with the amount of money and time I've spent and that I was not able to get that special moment of having my dad see me for the first time as well as having to ask him to find his own way to the church with very short notice. After my church ceremony, I did not feel comfortable getting into the car to go to planting fields for my next photo location. The driver gave me an attitude when my husband and I made the decision to join the party bus with everyone since I felt uneasy with the driver's ability as well as the competency of the vehicle and had to forgo having that special moment with my husband in the antique car. I also for sure was not going to navigate my whole way to another location when I should be sitting back on my wedding day. I wasn't expecting to be disappointed since I had chosen this company out of every limo company after seeing all the stellar reviews about the quality and drivers. I contacted their staff the next day where I basically got blamed for "changing the route" if anything I made it easier on the driver to drive to one less location; which apparently stresses out the driver yet I'm the bride/customer and I was stressed out not knowing how we'd get around. I was told it was "a consequence of my choice to forgo it" where I'm sure if anyone else felt disrespected and that the driver is unreliable why would you want to enter the vehicle to head to another location? One of the staff members, Alan, was condescending to me and did not try to make it right after I asked several times. He refused to even reimburse me for at least partial of the antique car where I didn't even use after my church. Knowing how upset I was, my husband called them shortly after and expressed his concerns and the staff basically mocked me by saying "our drivers job is not to console your wife," yet your drivers only job was to understand how to operate the vehicle and navigate. Extremely disgusted by that comment. The only thing he suggested after I asked to make it right 2x was to offer a travel credit for my honeymoon. If I didn't feel respected by your driver, not comfortable in the care of your driver or vehicle why would I use you for another service to then stress out again? I am never using this company again. Please choose wisely for your wedding day or important events.
