This rental facility was close to our hotel so I grabbed an Uber and headed over here to pick up a car. When I arrived, there were two people Working with the two representatives there. The facility was not the cleanest or best kept. The lady behind the counter said that she would be with me as soon as she was done with another customer. The other gentleman did not greet me at all. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes and no one said anything else to me while they continued to work with the same two people. The lady behind the counter seemed to be working with the gentleman, but the guy behind the counter seemed to just be chatting . Notably he complained about all of their SUVs moving to Ford. After 20 minutes, I asked when I could expect to be served and he said when I'm done. He and the lady had both gone outside to get people cars, presumably. When they came back in five more people had come in behind me and then finally the gentleman behind the counter seemed to have a sense of urgency and actually want to help people. The lady who worked with me was very nice but overall it was just an unpleasant experience because the wait was extremely long, there was no sense of time or urgency, and the facility was not well kept. However, I gave them two stars because the lady who helped me was nice and because my experience returning the car at the airport was excellent.

Now, I'm a pretty patient dude, so I waited half hour to get the keys for my reservation. The guy told me, there's a 30 minute grace period when I come back to drop off the car. Long story short, I was charged a overnight fee even though I dropped my car off on time. When I called to figure out what happened, the person who answered the phone was having 3 conversations at the same time and interrupting me. Finally, I got a hold of the manager who had a very passive aggressive tone. He was insinuating that I was lying about coming in on time, even though I had proof that I did came in called early. Also, blatantly made up rules in regards of dropping the keys off. Basically, if you decide to come here.
