He said it just needed a cleaning but the actual ice maker needed to be replaced. With my fridge being 13 yrs old i was really worried about having to get a new one, im glad Tommy was able to fix it in a jiffy!. My oven started failing on my gas range the day I tried to make thanksgiving pie, as the pilot would intermittently turn off during baking. I found this company on yelp and used them months ago for my LG Dryer servicing, which went great!! I just recently called them again for my LG Refrigerator. My refrigerator has two ice dispensers (upper/lower) + an indoor ice and water dispenser. The indoor water dispenser stopped working. The tech discovered a bad water valve unit. He returned a week later (part had to be ordered) and replaced the valve. This repair got not only the water dispensing, the ice in the lower chamber working again but much to my surprise and delight, the upper ice chamber, which feeds the indoor dispenser, is working again (after years of sitting idle). We now have more ice than we know what to do with - lol! The price was reasonable, the service was great and resolution was fantastic! read more

Tommy's a great guy & a great business owner. He was fast to get back to me, was at our house within a few hours & at a reasonable amount, had our fridge working again within a couple hours. We have a Samsung Bespoke fridge just a little over a year old that started leaking from the middle drawer. After a frustrating month of constantly toweling up water (thanks Samsung), the freezer just stopped working. Let me start off by saying I NEVER write reviews. I'm just too lazy, but this one was deserving. My AC went out on Labor Day when it was the start of a 95-100 degree week. I called two "Same Day Service" businesses. One only had the office open, the other said they could have someone out on Wed. This was my only day off. Using Google AI, I came across this company. Tommy called me back and said he could be out in 3 hours. He came out and replaced a part on my AC, cleaned the coils and recharged it with freon. He also checked my heater and said there was some issue with it that was resolved after he reset it, but said to call back if there were any issues in winter. The price was absolutely reasonable and I believe he went beyond just fixing the problem and on a holiday. So I reached out to Alpha & Omega to help diagnose what was happening w/ my dryer and hopefully fix it since I had wet clothes to dry!
