He said it just needed a cleaning but the actual ice maker needed to be replaced. With my fridge being 13 yrs old i was really worried about having to get a new one, im glad Tommy was able to fix it in a jiffy!. My oven started failing on my gas range the day I tried to make thanksgiving pie, as the pilot would intermittently turn off during baking. Tommy's a great guy & a great business owner. He was fast to get back to me, was at our house within a few hours & at a reasonable amount, had our fridge working again within a couple hours. We have a Samsung Bespoke fridge just a little over a year old that started leaking from the middle drawer. After a frustrating month of constantly toweling up water (thanks Samsung), the freezer just stopped working. So I reached out to Alpha & Omega to help diagnose what was happening w/ my dryer and hopefully fix it since I had wet clothes to dry!
