They promise to get rid of all your energy costs and sell you this huge system and the loan is so big but you think , I'll never have to pay for electricity again. WRONG. THE SALESPERSON MADE A LOT OF PROMISES THEN I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I was never told anything, I just had to keep calling and emailing them for months . It took over 6 months after I signed the contract to get it installed and it doesn't even cover half my electricity and it isn't even working the last 12 days and they say they don't know when they will be out. Then they came out, 3 times in a day and the system worked for 1 day and now the app says it is not working again but I still have this huge loan. Their service is disappointing and I found out they overcharged for literally every single thing. do not make the same mistake I did. Just go with someone else. Anyone else.

Sunpro Solar Omaha = ROBO CALLERS / COLD CALLERS / SCAMMERS / SPAMMERS…read more For several months, Sunpro Solar Omaha has robo called / cold called my phone several times per week. As a Scam-Buster / Scam-Baiter, when Sunpro Solar calls my phone, I disguise my voice as a confused, special needs, elderly person. Upon detecting that they are speaking to a highly vulnerable person, they tell me that I have already agreed to purchase Sunpro Solar products. When I tell them that my memory is bad, they tell me that I made an appointment yesterday. When I tell them that I am confused and upset, they double down on the manipulation tactics. Sunpro Solar uses a highly intimidating phone sales tactic, that may be worthy of a call to the FBI. The Sunpro Solar 'sales representative' will boldly state the name and address of the person that they believe is connected to the phone number, in a 'we know where you live' manner. They have used creepy phrases like, 'we have been by your home', as if they are always lurking outside. Subtle, mafia like intimidation tactics. I have baited hundreds of phone scammers in my spare time. Sunpro Solar Omaha is one of the most evil. When Sunpro Solar believes that they are speaking to a highly vulnerable person, their vocal demeanor becomes excited, as if they have reeled in their next victim. When they feel as if the sale is slipping away, they double down on the calls and subtle threats. In the end, when Sunpro Solar Omaha realized that I had been scam baiting them, they became angry and started saying the name and address of the person that they believe is associated with my phone number, in a 'we are going to get you' manner.

All we had to do was schedule times to be home when the contractors were doing work. Having Johnson Roofing be turn key from dealing with all the trades, billings, and fight with the stubborn insurance company the whole time to make sure we were covered as we should be. I pray to never need them for storm damage again, but if the fickle finger of fate strikes again, this time I know who I'm calling first, Robert at Johnson Roofing.

So I texted the service production supervisor, Greg. There's a video on FB where the owner states that what separates them from the competition is that they don't use subcontractors. There is no video or typed message anywhere on the internet saying otherwise. This is a lie. They do use subcontractors. They say the video is outdated but they know it's out there and didn't do anything to clarify. The crew came out on time. They left with huge gaps in the corners, small gaps, no caulking along the frame, the sills are uneven, the seams are horribly done, etc. II was told Greg was going to stop back that afternoon but he didn't. I texted Greg later to tell him about the issues and sent him pictures. He said he'd be out the next day but didn't. Five days later he had the office call me to setup a "repair" job. lol I'd hardly call this a repair since the issues weren't done to begin with. To this day, I've yet to get an apology for the shoddy work and only received a "sincere" apology after I filed a complaint with the BBB for deceptive business practices and false advertising concerning the video. We'll see what happens and if I have to get the courts involved.

10-Star Service From Great Plains Solar!…read more Update after 1 year with our system: Great Plains Solar has been fantastic--skilled, organized, and genuinely customer-focused from day one. Last year's storms? The panels shrugged them off without a scratch. But we took a direct hit from a freak, baseball-sized hailstorm a few weeks ago. Some panels had holes nearly punched clear through, yet they still delivered about 90 % of their normal output! I called GPS and--no exaggeration--a technician was at our house within HOURS to document the damage and prep the insurance estimate. The morning after the adjuster's visit, the GPS crew was back with replacements in hand. By that afternoon, we were 100 % back online, generating clean power like nothing had happened. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks, Great Plains Solar, for proving that great products backed by even better people make all the difference.
