It took over 6 months after I signed the contract to get it installed and it doesn't even cover half my electricity and it isn't even working the last 12 days and they say they don't know when they will be out. Then they came out, 3 times in a day and the system worked for 1 day and now the app says it is not working again but I still have this huge loan. Their service is disappointing and I found out they overcharged for literally every single thing. do not make the same mistake I did. Just go with someone else. Anyone else.

When I tell them that my memory is bad, they tell me that I made an appointment yesterday. When I tell them that I am confused and upset, they double down on the manipulation tactics. Sunpro Solar uses a highly intimidating phone sales tactic, that may be worthy of a call to the FBI. The Sunpro Solar 'sales representative' will boldly state the name and address of the person that they believe is connected to the phone number, in a 'we know where you live' manner. They have used creepy phrases like, 'we have been by your home', as if they are always lurking outside. Subtle, mafia like intimidation tactics. I have baited hundreds of phone scammers in my spare time. Sunpro Solar Omaha is one of the most evil. When Sunpro Solar believes that they are speaking to a highly vulnerable person, their vocal demeanor becomes excited, as if they have reeled in their next victim. When they feel as if the sale is slipping away, they double down on the calls and subtle threats. So I texted the service production supervisor, Greg. There's a video on FB where the owner states that what separates them from the competition is that they don't use subcontractors. There is no video or typed message anywhere on the internet saying otherwise. This is a lie. They do use subcontractors. They say the video is outdated but they know it's out there and didn't do anything to clarify. The crew came out on time. They left with huge gaps in the corners, small gaps, no caulking along the frame, the sills are uneven, the seams are horribly done, etc. II was told Greg was going to stop back that afternoon but he didn't. I texted Greg later to tell him about the issues and sent him pictures. He said he'd be out the next day but didn't. Five days later he had the office call me to setup a "repair" job. lol I'd hardly call this a repair since the issues weren't done to begin with. To this day, I've yet to get an apology for the shoddy work and only received a "sincere" apology after I filed a complaint with the BBB for deceptive business practices and false advertising concerning the video. We'll see what happens and if I have to get the courts involved.
