Save your life, the worst experience I have had in my whole life at this facility and almost died…read more I went there for a cat scan and the place was packed and not enough staff and when the technician came he looked overwhelmed and started to complain how he can't do everything on his own. He took me to a small room and started to look for things in the draw and when he finally found, he injected me with saline and walked out from the room, leaving me all alone. I started to feel unwell right after that, my blood pressure dropped and I started to go in and out of consciousness, sitting in that small room with no one to help me. It was just horrifying, the energy was leaving my body and I knew that something was very wrong. At some point I saw someone passing by in front of the room and I waved for help. The next thing I saw was a doctor saying "I don't like what I see". I was so scared and didn't understand what was happening to me. I didn't realize that I went into shock. When the doctor tried to give me epi pen shot (life saver), he injected himself instead of me not once, but twice. Finally I received my life saver epi pen on a third try. He was yelling "call the ambulance for her and for me". What was really horrible like 5 people were standing in front of this room and just staring at what was happening to me. Where were they when I was left all alone in that small room? Finally the ambulance came for me and the doctor. Also, while I was in ambulance I could hear people saying that I received contaminated substance and they gave me two more epi pen shots and the shivering of my body was so bad I was never scared like that moment in my whole life. When I arrived at the emergency and they took blood right away to make sure that my organs were not damaged from contamination. It took me two months to get back in some kind of a normal. I spent the whole day until evening at emergency while they stabilized my condition. As for Lenox Hill Imaging, they never called to see if I was alive. When I called they said a few words, nobody wanted to take any accountability what happened to me. They tried to hide like it didn't happened. I requested report to see what I was contaminated with and they refused to give it to me. They were only repeating that I was given saline and they told me to talk to Compliance at their Corporate Department. The corporate was even more evasive, they were just typing what I was saying and told me that they will get back to me. They didn't, I had to call again and again they didn't say much. I realized they just want to cover this without taking any responsibility and I stoped calling them. This experience was the worst that I ever had, no accountability no sorry, they just pretended like it never happened. I went to get a cat scan and this is what happened to me. You don't get into shock from saline, it has to be contaminated. Still when I write this, I can feel how horrible this experience was and I don't want anyone else to go through this.

The CT tech came and got me as soon as I checked in. He was a great tech told me everything I needed to know. And I was out of the by 2pm - before my appointment was even supposed to start! I thought it was seamless- as long as you do your part--- fill out your paperwork ahead of time (which they message you countless times about), arrive 10-15 mins before then you should be golden.

Pack your patience when coming here but it is worth the wait. The quality of care is great here because the clinicians here are genuine, empathetic, and professional. It's not my favorite place but it gets the job done and the nurses are always very kind and make sure you get enough warm blankets. I do not have insurance and I was told the uninsured fee was $220 that was to be paid prior to the exam, which I did. The exam lasted about 10 minutes. During which Dr Chen told me everything looked fine and the nurse would be coming to do a Covid, Flu and Urine test for pregnancy. Mind you he never communicated these tests were not part of the exam, if there would be an additional cost, what that cost would be or if I even wanted them. Because of this I was under the impression this was part of the exam which I already paid for, they all came back negative right away. A few weeks later a got a bill from Quest Diagnostics stating that I owed over $1,700.00 for these 3 tests. If I believed I had Covid, Flu, or was pregnant ( which I didn't) I would have gone to CVS or Amazon and purchased one of these tests for $20.00. I immediately consulted my mother who is a lawyer and she let me know this constitutes as fraudulent practice, I am not responsible for paying this since the Dr did not disclose that these tests were an additional fee or if I even wanted them. Most people have insurance so these unnecessary tests can be taken and charged to the insurance company (insurance fraud) but in this case it was charged to me the patient without any disclosure of the fees. I currently have escalated claims going through both Quest and City MD but if those fall through I will be having a lawyer contact the Attorney General. Also I when I went back to the location and reported this to the receptionist her face dropped and she was apologizing and said there was no documentation/ outstanding bills on her end in the system she could even see regarding these tests. Something sketchy is going on at these location.

I have BodyTalk sessions with her over the phone, which remarkably do way more for me than a typical counselor on average. It's like having a divine conversation with my own heart, and weeks after a session I am still reflecting and learning on what we uncovered and worked on. I am in the healing profession myself, and Tammy is my go-to healer/bodyworker. I met her when I was visiting NY years ago and under a bit of duress and I sought her out at Thermography for Health for BodyTalk. She has become my go to place for insight, clarity, realignment and balance. She is kind, grounded, inspired and strong. Working over the phone from Texas has not been an issue whatsoever; the insights may even be all the more focused and clear through these distance sessions! It is a gift that a bodyworkers like Tammy exist in the world and that she's lovingly dedicated to her craft, and so thankful I had a tough moment in NY and found her for help.
