Lisa and her staff performed a preformed a vaganosis (I believe that's what it's called) on me to determine if I had cancer or not after abnormal pap. I bleed for 6 weeks and never once heard back from her staff until a $600 bill showed up after I was told beforehand the procedure was covered with my ins. I'm NEVER going back there again! Lisa is so rude and does not like to answer questions. her staff does not return phone calls. They have had me take off of work for a 3:30 pm appt and not even taken me back until 5:30pm and then tell me she had to leave for surgery. I have missed work and pay because of this office for unnecessary reason and I will never recommend her to my worst enemy!!
