I looked into this for two reasons. We all reach that age where you no longer hold off going to the bathroom as long as you possible can. It got to the point that if I needed to go I better find a restroom sooner rather than later..."oh, am I going to make it?!" One too many close calls makes it very uncomfortable. The second reason was self gratification. Yes I said it, I'm a widow and enjoy an orgasm VERY much. Sadly, it becomes less frequent when life deals you a hard blow, but it was becoming more difficult to reach that goal on my own! Now, enough was enough! After the O-Shot, which helped with the urgency and I also taught myself not to wait so long to use the bathroom even though I didn't feel the threat of "not making it". And Hallelujah! the orgasms' are so very much better and stronger! Life can still be lonely, but the going is much easier to get going, going, GONE!!! Dr. Schultis has been my GYN for almost 20 years and having these added services in her office are just wonderful. Everyone is different and may not experience the same outcome, but I'm still going strong from my April, 2020 O-Shot. I strongly recommend talking to Dr. Stefanie A. Schultis to get the info you need to feel better in more than one way. And men, there is a P-Shot for you!

The doctor is just as kind, caring, and knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients' well being and take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable during your visits. One of my favorite parts was the massage chair, honestly, sometimes I looked forward to that just as much as the adjustment. If I could take that massage chair home with me, I definitely would lol! Scheduling is super easy, and I really appreciated the text reminders, which made it convenient to stay on track. I definitely had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and well organized chiropractic office.

I joined Northshore Rejuvenation in particular for the benefits of in-person weight-loss care and…read moresupport, but was met with very little support and my concerns were definitely not addressed. When I joined in September I was told I will be seeing Dr. Heather Bronaugh every 6-8 weeks to go over my progress and to expect an average loss of 1pound/week. Neither of these were met, and I kept being told to wait longer with the dosage increase. Every week I felt like I was fighting them. Fast forward to today I've been with them for 16 weeks with a total weight loss of 9 pounds AND only saw Dr. Bronaugh ONE time yesterday, that is not including the initial visit back in September. Yesterday was the last draw for me and after seeing Dr. Bronaugh I have cancelled my membership and am excited to move forward with someone who actually cares about their patients. I am a big believer in Semaglutide Injections and am very happy there are other options for me out there. If you're looking for In-Person great support look elsewhere! Good luck!

They did not seem concerned at all about my problem but what insurance I had. when stated Humana Choice ppo, said they are not accepting any new Medicare plan patients. They informed me compassionately she only handles after a cancer diagnosis, that I would have to see a regular gyn first, who would refer to after such a diagnosis. she then referred me to a gyn to call. No asking about ins. first. Additionally, I called another primary recommended by my dermatologist since gyn booked til April, and they were extremely helpful and made an appointmen. As a proud member of the We Do Not Care Club (WDNC), I'm voluntarily waiving all personal…read morediscretion today in the name of sisterhood. Ladies, please read this and take it to heart. I am lovingly "violating my own HIPAA rights" and sharing something personal because I genuinely wish someone had told me about pelvic floor physical therapy YEARS ago. I've been going to Dynamic Physical Therapy for several months, and I cannot recommend Michelle Sierra and her team highly enough. I've had two children and a hysterectomy, yet somehow no one ever said, "Hey, you know all those muscles down there? You might want to pay attention to those." Pregnancy and childbirth, hysterectomy and other surgeries, menopause and aging can all affect the pelvic floor, contributing to bladder or bowel issues, urgency, pelvic pressure or pain. And this isn't just for women--men can benefit too, particularly after prostate surgery or cancer treatment. For years, many of us assumed these were simply things we had to accept as we got older. Thankfully, we know better now. I'm in my 50s, and while I accept that aging comes with certain indignities, I have absolutely no intention of surrendering to "Poise" or "Depends" without a fight. Michelle and the entire Dynamic team handle a very personal type of therapy with professionalism, compassion, grace and absolutely no judgment. They make something that could feel awkward seem completely normal. If you're experiencing bladder or bowel changes, pelvic pain or pressure, or other symptoms you thought you simply had to live with, please talk with your doctor about whether pelvic floor physical therapy might be appropriate for you. I wish I had known about it years ago. A sincere thank you to Michelle and everyone at Dynamic Physical Therapy for your knowledge, kindness and exceptional care. And ladies--consider this my WDNC public service announcement.
